I Need To Know If I Am Pyshic

When I meditate, very deeply, my eyes twitch involuntarily. Slow, at first, then violently as I see the color red turn into purple then black. Then I see a white outline of an image or composite of images, mostly vague shapes, it is very difficult to find detail in them I tend to get a vague intuitive "feeling" of what they are precisely.

Usually my eyes involuntarily open after the image is shown but twice this month I was fully enveloped in the world behind my eyes, OBE style. I was addressed and sent "back" the first time. The second time I was so involved in it that I actually said out loud (I think it was out loud) "WOAH". After the image had developed fully, which took several minutes, my eyes opened involuntarily.

In essence what I'm saying is:
*these urges to meditate come and go at any time as I do not have a meditation regimen

*the eyes twitch involuntarily and violently close and flutter until an image is formed

*when the image is completed, or series of images have been shown, the eyes involuntarily open

*main colors seen: crimson to violet, white light outlined image

Does anyone else experience involuntary episodes such as the aforementioned?

What are they called?

I am looking for someone who can relate or point me in the right direction as to how to control this and perhaps develop it further if it is, in fact, substantial.

Ahh... The legend of the Shadow People😆 See, those people you think you see are people that are called, as I said, the Shadow People. Some can see them easier than most. Nobody knows exactly what they're here for or why, but that's the story as I know it.

Can anyone tell me where I can find answer, Somewhere I can go and ask thing you know if I do have a psychic gift I just want to know for sure and how I can control it or use it. Because now it just happens I don't know when or way it just happens.

I did go to the psychiatrist but thy say I'm crazy sow not much help from there, and I don't know if a medium can helps me out whit answer.

Everyone has the potential to become an exceptional psychic, unfortuantley very few people ever realize this. If you truly want to open your mind, you must also be aware of the consequences. Set realistic goals for yourself as well. Make sure you are willing to devote yourself to re-awakening your psychic abilities.:)

Thats similar to what I have too. I have a hunch that can be one minute before an event or one week later even, but it never fails when I have this hunch.I'm still learning how to use this ability, I also see and hear things. Lately I have been seeing a brownish black oval looking blurr that follows me even when I'm in high school and I'm only 15 as well. I also can see the future. I'm also learning a new ability to feel an emotion if it is strong enough I would syncronize with that persons emotions and feel them almost.

I think you should use yours gifts for good because if I do something wrong or make a mistake with my abilities they would seem to become impaired or diminish for some time and stop working. So instead I use my hunches to help my family

Rather than predicting heads or tails though, tell somebody to think of an image and try to get that. The head's or tails could just be coincidence.

You also may want to talk to your parents and see if psychic abilities run in your family.

O just forget this that is the thing that setting me thinking if it alls just a scary dream and about to wake up ore if if I'm something else ore I don't know jet...

I look some one in the eye I thought whit 2 fingers his head en told him to black out, for 5 minute he past by I did every thing to wake him up but dined work...

I have a problem, I just want to know if I'm psychic ore if I'm freaking out, well I will explain.

1. I can feel thing there aren't there.

Sometimes when I'm walking actual it doesn't mather where I'm, it feels like someone is watching me and it is sent just en creepy feeling. I know its sounds crazy, but its like they are tell me not to walk or to be somewhere or to watch out by feelings. When I feel something 'that is sent there' I always get tears, and I don't know way.

2. I see photograph of what people are thinking.

When my friends are telling me something, ore someone else I see them. The pictures aren't sharp but it is enough to tell whit how many person they whore and what they did, it doesn't tell me all of it but I can tell things that they even matched, like something they take ore something someone see's. Also when this happens I get tears.:S

3. Same dream every night.

Since this things happens to me I have every night te same dream. I'm in a white space walls, floors, sealing are perfect white and I'm searching for a door, I never find it. Once I did find one when I opened it I wake up.

Before this dream I have ones that 1 dream came out.

Al those things begun around my 17/18 I don't know how I do it or what it is, can someone help me PLEASE!

You do have a wonderful gift and it can be a bit scary at times. You have nothing to fear. If you do feel an energy that is not to your liking... Send it love and ask it to go in peace. Maybe later on you will be able to deal with them in a more helpful way.

You mentioned your grandfather: You can talk to him and ask him questions. When we ask questions they will find a way to give us the answers.

You don't need a Ouija board to contact the spirits! You can simply talk to them and spend some time quietly waiting (meditating) for them to answer. Ouija boards are best left alone. The tarot cards are a useful tool in that you and others can 'see' what is happening.

As for telling the future... It isn't written yet. We create it as we go along. However, continue to trust your own messages and 'knowing'. If giving others messages (as you progress) learn to go with the message of "love" and NOT "drama". The simple message is often the more spiritual and helpful. People want to know all the dramatic and exciting things but mostly we need to know about love and how we can become more spiritual along our life's path.

Redcloud (afterlife entity) has said that we are here to "learn how to become more spiritual". If you make that your goal you won't have to worry about anything.

Your grandfather is helping to accustom you to the world of spirit. Talk to him. Talk to the others who might visit you. Ask them how you may help or gently send them on their way for now and catch up with them as you gain more understanding of your gift.

The world of spirit opens us up to so much love and so many new friends that we never have to be lonely again. If we learn to trust our intuition (our own divine connection to God/the Universe) then we will be guided through every learning experience with love and peace and knowing.

Soon you will be able to help others, young and old, with the discovery of their own wonderful gifts. Some are healers, some bring messages and some are the peacemakers and light carriers.

It's a beautiful world and this is a great time to be alive!

Re being psychic - everyone is psychic - most people don't ever take the time to tune in and some have more ability than others.

You have ALL the wisdom of the universe at your fingertips... Us oldies could learn a lot from those such as yourself. Some people will be afraid of you and won't understand your abilities. It can be a bit lonely and disheartening, especially when you know how they feel. Send them love.

I don't know why were different and what the dead and demons want from us, but I do know I have beed in serious danger, and I know dam well the difference between them trying to scare and serious trouble. Many people with abilities deffinatly pose a threat, and or are a target for some reason. Being tough and being a good person helps. So does god. Even though I'm not religious I can recognize it. I wish ther was somewhere to get real answers about US and them.

I hear movement as we someone is waling past, or between me and other things like the TV and the fan. Also loud things, footsteps, big bangs, walking on the ceiling. Even talking, as many people I know have heard, even total sceptics. This area I live in seems to be active. Here in lassale county.

Hi I'm from illinois too. I have the same abitlities expect I sometimes suck at guessing. I also know many others in illinois who have seen and heard things. I'm a creapy ghost magnet. As tough and solid as I am, I even get freaked out. But being brave helps.

You are a great person to want to be able to help others with your psychic abilities! I have been learning more and more about psychic abilities every day, since my best friend is psychic. The most important things I learned from her are: 1. Meditating helps! 2. To really get better vibes and related things, close your eyes and empty your mind.
