Need Help With Deja Vu And Other Things

Lets start off with a little background first I'm a 20 year old Canadian male whose always thought there was more to this world that what is shown. I've been studying psychic occurrences as well as dabbling in some magic forms such as attempting to become a metapsychic. And for the past year to a year and a half I have been dealing with a feeling that I think is dejavu, except for the fact that it's every moment of every day.

Nothing seems new to me anymore. I am currently traveling Europe for the first time in my life and everything I have seen, I have seen before. It's getting to the point that nothing is surprising anymore. When I think of a moment that has just passed it's almost like I have a memory of it happening before then.

It's like I have 2 memories of everything that's been happening. It's even becoming that I can feel when something is going to happen in the next couple of minutes. Even when I try to do something I don't normally do I still get that same feeling again. It's been making me second guess every decision in my life, is this the right path? Is this just me going crazy? If I do something will it change this feeling?

Like I said, this has been happening for about the past year and a half. Is this my psychic abilities beginning to manifest them selves? If anyone has any useful information I would love to hear from you. Leave me a comment. Either on here or you can add me to msn just ask me first please. Looking forward to some enlightenment.

Hm...your sort of Deja Vu seems quite similar to mine. The difference is that yours seems to be much more frequent but your 'feel' of being able to predict the future is much lesser. My Deja Vu is getting less and less frequent but that feel of prediction is getting stronger and stronger to the point that I can actually predict it because, well, I've seen it before. Don't know when, don't know where but I've seen it before. In fact, I got a Deja Vu as I'm typing this. Seems so familiar but I'm certain it's the first time I'm posting a comment on this site.
Maybe we can help each other out in better understanding this Deja Vu since I'm still not quite um...what's that word? Associated with it?

I am surprised dejavu4 that you have 3-4 since you are at a closer number to the ones that I've had.
My friends see it as a curse. While I see it as a chance to be able to decide to make the decision that you did once before or to take a new one. But I do agree that it does become a bit mundane. However your more luckier than I am for me I realize that event by the emotions around me. Than when I'm just living daily doing things.
But Kris is right if you obsess it'll drive you crazy. For me I realized it when I was a teenager the things I would be doing or hadn't yet. Or the things I'd hear myself say or another would before they did. Or an big event thorough out the world.

oh and I also wanted to add that if your getting deja vu a lot your probably also recalling a few other little tidbit of information and other thoughts that you might have had and forgotten about so just remember to take care of yourself right:).

I know what you mean lol. Mine are like that too, I mean in frequency lol. I get 3-4 a day which are vivid images of what's happening around me and it usually includes some of the thoughts I have. It's wierd because they will be completely new thoughts or even me just day dreaming but they feel like I've had them all my life. My conclusion on that is perhaps it's a heightened awareness of my own future state of conciousness (or something like that). I've wondered if maybe it's sort of the pre-concious acknowleging the concious of our future selves or something but honestly my ideas on those things are constantly changing as I learn more. Either way I think mine are psychic and I believe in them so my opinion would be that yours probably are too.

There are things you can do to change the feeling if you want to try ignoring it and not entertaining it, but I found that only worked for me for a while lol, and then they sort of got stronger as a result. I find that if I ignore something it usually gets louder and louder until I listen to it. Besides now that I've accepted that it's not crazy, and that some people get them alot, I like them.

The only thing I can say about decisions is that I believe things are the way they are because so many factors affect each and every decision whether they are spiritual or just sort of your every day decisions. So really second guessing them might just kind of be a part of understanding what happened and coming to terms with the decisions (whether good or bad) that you did make. Hope you get something out of all of that.

From time to time I get that deja vu feeling but to me it doesn't seem so much like deja vu more like I had dreamed it. It is the same odd deja vu feeling but a strong sense that I dreamed the event. That might cause you the feeling of having two memories of the same thing or just how I relate that feeling. There are some other times when I just seem to "know" about things that are happening but I don't get the deja vu feeling just more of a knowing of events that will happen (the bigger picture not all the details). I wouldn't so much question the "right" path. Don't let it all cloud your good judgment. It can make life very confusing and make you feel like your loosing your mind. It takes you in circles about "right" choices, destiny and fate. Over think it too much and it will drive you crazy. When your feeling to wrapped up in the whole thing do something to ground yourself. Clean, go running, play in the dirt, cook those are some good things to help ground your energy in the here and now and it will relax your mind. 😁
