Can I Meet Good Spirits Through The Oujia Board?

My name is tori. Just recently I was at a friends house who had a Ouija board, we contacted 6 spirits who have done NO harm. (I've known them for 4 days so far). They said they were going to protect us, but have been attracted to me the most. And they would say goodbye whenever someone bad would come. Recently I borrowed the board, haven't really played it. BUT, I can hear their voices in my head, like we have a full on conversation. They haven't hurt me or anything. I can hear them talk though, and feel coldness on my legs or chest. They're names are quintion, ethan, rose, jack, oswald, and heath. They also told me when they were born and stuff. What I want to know is; are they here to hurt me? Are they actually demons? Please! I'm in need of answers. I've been feeling very anxious. My dvd player was also glitching like someone was messing with it. One of the spirits said he loved me even. They also said they would look for my mother that passed, they said they were good as well. Nothing bad has happened, but I can ask them where they are in the room and they'll tell me. I could ask them to move, and they will. They also sorta told me how they passed. I don't know, is all of this normal? Are they bad? Are they really my spiritual guides? I'm only 14 and have no clue what could happen. Please reply!
