When I Expect Something To Happen, It Does

I have submitted stories of seeing and feeling spirits, but this time, I have an entirely different experience. It was about three weeks ago, in the middle of the night. I was dozing on the couch when I felt a cold hand on my shoulder. The feeling was not threatening, but comforting.

Thinking it was a spirit I asked it what it wanted. The thing disappeared and I felt a pressure on my forehead. The next morning I got on the bus and I felt a powerful feeling of hate come upon me. My "friends" who I had a rocky friendship with were sitting behind me. They started pulling on my hair until it fell out. The feeling was becoming so overpowering it was making me sick.

Later at break I felt the hate again and I saw my "friends" whispering quietly together. And something told me what they had been talking about. I confronted them there and then. I asked them what they thought they were doing, but they just laughed and mocked the way I talked. (I have a bit of a french like accent because I used to live in North Dakota near the Canadian border). The feeling inside me burst. I told them that they will become sick from their stupidity. The next day, one had food poisoning and the other had the flu. Did I do that?

Now when I want or expect something to happen, it does. I think that spirit thing gave me a gift, but not one a 13 year old could ever use wisely.
