My name is Dom and I'm 23 years old. I've never told anyone this, but for as long as I could remember I've had abnormal experiences happen to me and I wanted some advice on the situations. Every time I get angry or upset at someone (the slightest bit of anger mind you) the person or people would get hurt or injured in some way. For example, when I was 18 my high school sweetheart cheated on me when he went away to college, and when I found out I was devastated. I remember sitting in the dark in my bedroom crying, frustrated wishing he'd get what he deserved.
The next day he called me telling me how his dorm got trashed by spirit. He said his covers got pulled off of him, he was pinned down, and assaulted, tossed off of his bed, and then his bed frame was destroyed. I never wanted such a thing to happen! I was just emotionally hurt and upset. After that incident minor injuries happened to people like one would trip or bump into objects. Also whenever I am upset outside at night the lights near me goes out. It doesn't matter where I'm located this happens.
I'm sorry for the long rant, but I want to find out what's wrong because I'm tired of not knowing and suffering. I would also like to mention that I've had sleep paralysis since I was 11 years old, and it recently just stopped last year. Every night I couldn't wake up from my sleep and on a couple of occasions I'd wake up positioned on my back with my arms crossed over my chest. I've never been hurt or injured in any situation besides the sleep paralysis.
This is a very interesting phenomenon. Meditation is key to control. Music can help. Try to pay attention to how yout mind feels and the connection, for if you are unconsciously causing such things there will be one, rather than just the emotions. This is hard, but once you know what it feels like tou can gain control of it.
Try playing with light when you're calm, making it move across a room to brighten a certain spot. You can even try charging electronics, too.
Just be safe. It sounds as though you're already strong, but anyone can become overexerted, which is hard to explain to those around you. Also, it's potentially dangerous.
There is a strong possibility that a spirit has decided to watch out for you by causing those who do you wrong harm. This could be the case with your ex who was attacked. In this case, after some meditation you may become aware of a presence in your life. Try to sense this being's intentions and if you feel safe perhaps reach out with your mind to greet him or her. I advise doing this when someone you trust is nearby. Even if your friend knows nothing of what you're trying to do, he or she may be able to help you should the situation turn dangerous. First, try to feel whether this being is tuned into you or hangs around often.
Be patient and be safe,
Nightingale
