One.
So I was on my way to my favorite local bagel shop for a bite to eat, as I was walking in the parking lot to enter the store,
I had a very strong mental impression/ passing thought,
"I've been here so many times they should give me a free bagel".
This was the first time I thought that.
Then, about 5 minutes after thinking that, I walk in and ask Dan the manager, for a bagel.
Dan prepares my bagel, everything on it, toasted with light cream cheese, my usual.
I hand him my card for payment, he says "don't worry about it",
I walk away with a free bagel...
This has never happened before. It's a small family store so they're not known for freebies.
Combined with the fact that I thought just 5 minutes before that
"They should give me a free bagel" because I was a very frequent customer.
Coincidence? What is the meaning of this?
Two.
While on lunch break, I was at my local gas station on a hot day deciding what ice cream bar I was going to get from the cooler,
As I went to reach for a ice cream bar, they all looked the same on the outside.
I had a distinct mental impression/ passing thought that "the bar is contaminated"... Or "something is wrong with it".
So, I put the bar back in the bin after having this impression.
I picked another bar to eat. I went outside to eat it.
There was an ant frozen inside the ice cream bar.
I screamed and threw the ice cream on the ground.
Coincidence? Can the mind transcend time?
Three.
I was In a 7-11 convenience store after work,
I saw a "smart-looking" girl that worked there,
I had the mental impression/ passing thought that she went to college or she could find a better job than working there.
I realized my own judgements/ prejudices.
Shortly after, she waked up and talked to me, she had a biology degree and was looking for a job in her field.
She asked me what I did, I told her I worked for a utility company.
Coincidence?
What a strange day!
You have a very interesting gift and I think it's awesome. You can really do something with this gift. Not everyone can be so lucky, but I agree with bsuttles3922, because misusing an ability can have great consequences and can impact you or others around you in the future. You're not alone with the freaky coincidences either, because I've had a few in the past few months that freaked me out and still freak me out. How does it happen exactly? Do you get a weird feeling or does something else happen? I'm curious to know about that. Have fun with your gift, though. Don't think about it as a burden, because that's what I do sometimes and it makes the ability a lot harder to control if you're afraid of your ability.
