Ability That I Can't Understand

I'm 13 and I have very strange experiences. When I am in a situation, a flash (kind of like a flash back) appears in my head and disappears. I don't know what will happen next, but if I am in that situation I know I've felt it and seen it before. I discovered this a few years ago when I was 7. But I don't know why this happens and how I can control it. It goes like this for example: At 7:34 Tuesday 15th of March, I was watching a movie I never saw before. It was a new release. Then all of a sudden, the flash went by and showed the exact same position that I was in and the movie, just after a few seconds later. And it was just what I was like and the movie was too.

Also, if I dream of a particular person, the same thing, or at least a similar thing happens to them. I told a few of my friends about this and they don't understand me or looked at me as if I was strange. I don't think they believe me. The thing I really want to know is how to control this ability and use it for perhaps knowing the future.

I have healing powers too. Once, I had a plant that was dying and I think I sang to it and touched it. After few days, it was green again and started to live again. Also I had a classmate which I knew barely about. One day, she was really sad about something. She was crying and all her friends couldn't make her happy. I didn't know that but when I went near her and tapped her hand saying "You okay?" she was smiling brightly at me and said "Yes!" and ran out to play. I was quite surprised.

So this is my story and I really want to know how I can improve it, so please comment and leave a helpful advice. Thank you so much!
