Lately I have been experiencing severe chest paint almost like I am having an anxiety attack. Today I did a spirit guide meditation and saw a black cloud in my meditation. I understand this means it was not a spirit guide. I always do a protection prayer and ask for things of mal intent to not enter my sacred space but I've now had this pain for the past week and it is progressively getting worse. PLEASE from those who have experience, what can I do to get rid of this meditation wise? It there a way? I don't have sea salt or sage or anything. What do I do? I am in constant pain from whatever this is. I believe I can send it away myself since I have the will to do so, but how do I go about it? Advice? Suggestions? PLEASE? I believe this thing is preventing me from being able to see my true spirit guides and is hindering my abilities. I would just like it gone. Is there anything I can say? Or imagine in a meditation to get rid of it? The pain is unbearable and Looking back on it I think this thing is effecting my family relationships and my energy level. Lately I feel so drained I just want to stay in bed all day, Sometimes I do if I can. I have even seeing this cloud around in the physical state. I never paid attention to it. And I pray and am Catholic. I have a very strong faith and good relationship with God. I just need to rid myself, my house, and my loved ones of this thing through meditation. Any advice or suggestions at all are very very much appreciated! Thank you!

For any physical pain.
If it is not physical.
Then it would be depression. This can look like a blotch or a cloud around the human body.
If you are viewing this, you would be seeing it from
A higher prospective of your higher self, conscious awareness.
I do believe experiencing from this view is alarming.
The remedy is somehow change your responses to stress
And situations. The body is excellent at letting us know when it had had enough. A key is to retrain the mind and breath. For some people, focus the mind on breath can alleviate. Practice mindfulness.
Having a place of prayer or chanting to drop troubles daily and do not pick them up again.
Exercise. Minimal alcohol as this is a depressant.
