Spoke A Language I Didn't Know

I was hoping to get some feedback for my story from credible members here on this website if possible. In my adolescence I had a pretty normal childhood or so I thought, It appeared that I had somehow blocked certain memories from my childhood and did not remember them until the scenario I am about to describe. When I was 20, I was highly depressed with frequent thoughts of suicide at one point I wanted to end my life. The same week when I was contemplating on ending my life my sister called me as I have not seen her in awhile and asked me to visit as she lives in another town. I spent a few nights with her and her boyfriend at the time. A few days later I was to be dropped home by her boyfriend to my house but the boyfriend decided to take a detour and stop by a friends house before dropping me off. When we arrived at this house I had a strong feeling of déjà vu and the house was emanating a very strange vibe. Once the door opened and I walked through the house I was instantly hit with strange pulsating chills/vibrations emanating in the back of my head and went down my spine throughout my body. At the time I took no real heed to these sensations and just found it very odd. As we sat and conversed I asked the homeowner if I could use bathroom, which he directed me it was downstairs. I walked to the bathroom by myself and once entered closed the door behind me and proceeded to fall asleep on the bathroom floor. Why

? I have no idea... I remember thinking "Why do I feel like I've been here before" right before I passed out. Upon waking I woke to my self looking and staring at myself in the mirror. I had instantly had a flashback to my childhood where I was exhibiting the same behaviors which I have not remembered until that moment. I then clicked my tongue 3 times in succession and felt fear rush through my body. I ran out of the bathroom scared and went to go back and sit in the living room where everyone was seated. A few moments later I heard a ascending beeping noise that scared the living shiat out of me and I started screaming in pure terror. I then clicked my tongue again 3 times in succession and spoke a language I didn't know to the homeowner. This went on and off for the next 20 or so minutes. Ascending beeping noise, me screaming in terror, 3 clicks of the tongue speak gibberish I didn't understand to the home owner. The homeowners seemed to understand whatever I was saying but I did not have the slightest clue. After this experience for about 6 months I was tormented in my sleep my voices, nightmares and night terrors. I am now 25 years old doing pretty well for myself trying to make myself a better person. But as of late these dreams have seem to be returning. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on these experiences.
