I've had this happen quite a few times now. I am new to this energy manipulation bit. Working with the palm chakras with crystals has proven to be amazing for me. I placed a Clear Quartz on my right palm and bonded with it. I heard nothing, blocked every noise out and laid there with it. I could feel my palm contracting with it's energy, I could feel the subtle vibrations of the quartz, it was almost massaging my hand. I placed an amethyst on my third eye and saw visions of Egyptian things, a beautiful woman looking very "Cleopatra-esque" and an upside down egyptian eye with the cat-eye makeup. These experiences have addicted me to crystals and energy. I have made a couple of psi-balls, I could feel it squish between my fingers, very gooey. I had the sensation of heat from it for a minute, but when I noticed it, it vanished. The weight of the ball remained, and I could not move my fingers from their position cradling the ball. It was actually like I was truly holding a ball. I just didn't know what to do with the ball once I had it. It was about 10 inches in diameter.

What do you do with a psi-ball? That is my only question. I would like to learn to develop more abilities, but it will come with time and meditation.

Im 14 and I'm currently having the same experiences with the tingling feeling in my hands. Whenever I'm near someone, I can sense their energy around me. Also, I can tell people's feelings depending on the negative or positive aura around them. I want to continue and improve these abilities but I'm not completly sure on how to do this. I have placed rocks on my palm and concentrated and can feel a sort of pulse and am certain its not mine. There is also a type of temperature change. I have also practiced on people, having them lay down ad placing my hands at least 3 feet away from their body. As I focus, the tingling feeling grows more and more. If I continue doing this, will it help my ability improve?

the healing energy I have is reiki and it sounds like a few of you have this gift aswell x if you ask someone to place there hands out (palms up) to you and place your hands 3 inches above theirs. You will find the energy and tingling is very strong. See if you have that and then you will know that you are a healer. If you are go to a reiki master and be attuned. It becomes even stronger. I have done reiki one and need to be attuned to reiki 2. Which I will do very soon. X ❤

I experience those kinds of things too. I have several different forms of telekinesis and can sense (and an quite sensitive to) energy... For as long as I can remember, I've always been able to control the waves in the ocean and other liquids (somewhat, and I used to live near the beach), wind, fire and electricity. During electrical storms I always feel something like a sure of energy run through me, and then lightning flashes all across the sky... I could go on and on about stories of my other abilities, but I won't bore you with those... But one way you can really help it is through meditation. If you ever find yourself in need of assistance, I will always be glad to help:) I will normally try to chat on weekends around 7-9 est. So if you ever have some spare time try to visit! I am also able to control rain. I found out about this ability When it rains really heavy usually when I m late for work and I have to walk. I ve been working with meditation and chi for a while. Here is my instruction guide to how I think I control it.
First I concentrate my mind to the alpha brain wave state (clear your mind).
Then I ground myself with the earth (this means I visualize my self and the earth being one entity (one energy i.e the earth being able to control me, me being able to control earth) I find it helps if you ask the earth mentally if you can use her for a while
Then I visualize my position on earth from the view point of space and then I zoom in.

Then I use one of two techniques:

(I named them my self because I couldn't find any info or names on what I have discovered)

1. The move over technique
2.the hold back technique

No.1 consists of me using my chi to physically move the cloud away from my area (remember use earths energy to help you move) this one seems to work quicker to get short results.
Its easier because it takes less energy to move a cloud along rather then holding the rain in the cloud.

No.2 consists of me using my chi to hold the rain in the cloud until I let it go. It takes a lot of energy to hold it back. But once you have control I visualize the energy I m using to control it in a ball and place it in my self (to keep it from raining again) sometimes you have to add more energy to keep it under control
And when I get to my destination I let it go and mentally thank earth for helping me out.

I found this out by experimenting. Please try your self and e-mail me with your results. Remember if you ve only just started using your chi don't try and take on heavy rain try a light shower.

I will be posting more info on my meditations and other energy manipulation techniques. Such as yogic flying I'm still trying to master myself

Psychometry is the ability to sense the energy imprint that another person has left on a man made object.

Now if you can sense energy in your hands not associated with any objects or persons, you might have the ability to heal. Seriously.

that happens to me all of the time... It doesn't even have to be objects... I could just meditate and it's like energy flowing in between my hands...

I don't know if I can believe, at the moment, that his friend just disappeared and then reappeared... Seems a little far-fetched, but what isn't? I believe you're dealing with a demon, maybe even a few. This demon seems pretty powerful, you should protect your brother and his friends. I suggest getting blessed medals, and even small bottles of holy water for all of them to carry with them at all times, in their pockets or backpacks. This should help quite a bit...Also, I'd say contact a local demonologist, have them investigate the incidents, if possible. Try talking to this kid, the one with the demons/whatever they are. They obviously aren't good, try to see if you can get any information from the kid. Be very, very careful though, so you or anyone else isn't harmed. If your brother feels constantly watched, try putting a few religious things (if you don't have some already) in his room to see if something knocks them down, or moves them. I strongly suggest watching your brother carefully for any unusual behavior.

That tingling is actually ki which is a form of energy surrounding everything. I'm a new user too so I can't help too much, but I remember when we moved to the beach house I sat at the rocks of the ocean for a hour or two and sung songs that came into my head telling the oceans waves to grow and become stronger and as I sung I felt connected with the ocean and the waves defineatly got larger, I haven't been able to do this since though... That rain thing is cool, its rare I can make it rain, but I have before

Friend I have the same ability as you do. It happens
When I focus on anything I can feel enrgy. But unlike you I have full control
And I apply it on my whole body not just the hands and yes when you focus on your hands they tingle too. You can enhance it by doing meditation and focusing on somthing for about 30 minutes. You will see the results.

I think I have experienced experienced the same thing. Like after people have an argument in my house I can feel a tingling feeling in my hand and the energy there is tense and stronger than places where no one argues at all.

Energy manipulation can take time, depending on the individual. The best way to start this is by starting with yourself, watch your body movements, feel your body flow, your pulses, key everything in really focus. Focus on feeling your lungs move, or certain organ whether it be stomach or liver, connect what emotion you sense to each one. Biofeedback can help a lot, try temperature shifting that can help as well. There are many ways to do it, be creative.

i can tell when somthing has changed or is
changing. When a person comes close to me and I have not heard them I still feel an energy and of course I turn to see what it is to find a person that was not there before.
also when a tvismuted andoff isturned on I canfeel the energy being used by the tv.
im not sure ifim detecting static ghost orwhat but ihave been wondering and serching for anything about this and anyone with similar experience.

i thin the "power' was spurred on by my childhood which has made meparanoid andalert to thins around me.
i thinkthat becuse of ths I have been givin a 6th sense to better my defence with this.

Kaister you said "the current era of the world is very punishing towards our chakras" I've traveled a good amount and I disbelieve that if anything people are becoming more accepting than ever. Even people that do not believe in such thing, are now believing, as well as multiple pyschologists I have talked to and even a few doctors. People are beginning to see that energy (atoms-chemical) is what makes the body and they know that keeping this balance is important. Our world is expanding into understanding others like us, and trying to learn themselves, which is wonderful. In the past 2 decades alone so much as changed and I really really think and have seen that it is for the better. I have been/done tons of energy 'mastering' from so many different practices. You would not believe how many different cultures/business's actually value and use such techinques that are each so different yet connected. Energy will never be shunned, people might ignore it and fight it, but sooner or later they'll see. Humans can never truely detract from the spirtual being because that is what created us, no matter how different our beliefs our, we've been practicing our unique connected ways since the dawn of time.

Hi I am kannan. After reading some off your comments, I think I am gona really somehow find time to meditate and eventually and hopefully train on the abilities granted to me by god. One thing I want ask you guys is,"If we were not corrupted by science telling all that humans have no ability bla bla bla, I believe that we even now will have no problem using our abilities right?" I am not against science it is important but science also has to be flexible. The current era of the world is very punishing towards our chakras, if we do not meditate or find some sort of way to clear and balance them. Humans are never going to see the true power of what humans can do. I believe that every human has special powers just waiting to be unlocked. All we need is help. Anyway thanks for the comments and if anyone of you got msn I would like to add you. I really need someone who is similar to me to talk to. Best of luck to all to work hard and recover the abilities and enhance them.

hey! That is so cool! That is one amazing ability! I mean wow! Pinkbabe63 and alisonnnnn, meditating is about centering your thoughts. Just sit in a quiet place without any distractions and try to center your thoughts. Sorry I can't think of a better way to describe it. Its just hard to explain but you could try it!

I cannot really tell you much about how to improve except through meditation (I'm a bit new in the place too). But I do remember when I was a teenager to be able to make it rain in a minute. I could make it pour like tropical rain for a very short time. But once, I went to Road Island with my mom for a week (vacation) and it rained for 5 days long after I wished it... My mom was mad as hell because she knew I liked rain and wished for it. I also had this ability to control my own body heat. It may seem weird, but I come from the north where it can be really cold in winter and I could feel it coming from my solar plexus and moving toward the rest of my body. I also had those recuring dreams about creating light blue energy balls. At that time it would have been the perfect time to try and expand my knowledge and energy level, but it somehow disappeared almost completely... I'm trying to get it back, but it's a slow process, as if my energy was either low or blocked. I think you should also learn about protecting yourself with shields. I got my informations from a book, but I'm sure internet can give you the info for free ;) Don't stop now and try to expand the reach of your abiblity!

hi I have tingly feelings in my arms and hands when a ghost/spirit is communicating with my hand. They can poke and touch hair as well. If I'm telling them to move my hand to write a name on the paper my hand feels forced, tingly and I can't feel my hand at all just that its being moved by someone else. The strange thing was I didn't know this boy's name in college and he/she wrote the name on the paper and I didn't know they were telling me what his name was cause I didn't ask them that question.net day I found out his name and clicked on it was the same name the spirit/ghost wrote.

The same type of things happen to me, I realize now I use to sense energy a lot of a child... That tingling also helped me pick out libreary books... I never understood why, but when it was the strongest I knew what I wanted to read... Energy is fun to feel though!

I have the same thing. I can sense how people will feel and even how you will feel reading this. Heightened senses- good description. I remember the rain thing- I will try that again! I have been told, it is a gift for a reason. Good luck
