Rose- I have felt the paralized feeling, unable to yell, and the vibration rattling in my chest. I shortly then learned about our spirits traveling beyond. Don't remember where I went though after coming back. 😊

Rose - for me if flying up - like to planes or planets or stars, it is a wind. Earthly, it's easier. It's like going slow and working a little over hundreds of miles. Vibrating. Flying up is a zoom and scary and no work at all. Flying. Flying over land is tiring. Odd.

Rose - My lately feelings are not so great either. I haven't seen anything bad voyaging, flying with the wind, but it's a feeling. Perhaps the store I now work at is about to close because sales are bad. Perhaps I wish that is was something so minor. I met a customer today who seemed close to me. It was our first meeting. I just felt so familiar with her. Then she started talking about other stuff and I nodded. It was religious stuff so won't go there. Now some do that and it seemds odd or inappropriate in the business world. But I nodded. I do that seldom. Today my head boss called which is a big deal. He asked if ***** was around, the store manager. I said no that ***** was tall and slim still would you care to hold while I paged. He hates being put on hold from what I hear. That bothers me not. He grunted. Click. Then he called back in the afternoon and told a pitiful joke. I was near the phone first. Pitiful is pitiful.

GlendaSC ~ thank you for the response. That is what it feels like; like a strong wind pulling your spirit from your body. I will pick up a book on Astral Voyages and see if this helps.

Oh, I do have one suggestion. If you aren't sure how to put on a suit of spiritual armor, ask for assistence through prayer. Tell yourself and believe it that you belong to God/Good. There may be other resources like them.
I will be thinking of you in prayer; we might be close in age for all I know but my girl is dealing with some similar occurences and so I'm all primed to go into mother mode with lots of words. Take care.

butterfly: the cause of your psychic excperiences might not be physical illness (or God forbid, mental illness either) but the stress and confusion and uncertainty might bring one on. Please seek out some spiritual and practical support from people who can teach you how to protect yourself and either focus this stuff or turn it off if you really aren't prepared to take it on now. I have a friend who is hilariously realistic, goal oriented, work obsessed, scheduled solid until the turn of the next century, and he is so in tune with other dimensions he is literally throwing spirits out of the house and has willed himself to stop seeing the colors and shapes of peoples emotions, picking up thoughts and impressions from objects, astral projecting... You name it, he's got it. He has a family and a business and community commitments; he is overextended in THIS world and doesn't have time for so many demands being made by the next.
The key to his survival as far as I can tell, is his insistence on being master of these situations. He has boundaries and projects a real authority when he communicates with these discorporate entities. And he did mentally put the brakes on some of the other intrusive extra-perceptions.
Have you figured out the chat room yet? (I haven't) There is a lot of experience and a lot of support all through the three sections of this website. Kick this out into the ghosts section too. I'm sure you will get some really useful advice. And I'm glad you are seeking it, because the experiences you've been having really sound alarming.

Something sort of similar is happening to me too. I'm just very very tired all the time and am just not thinking. This has been happening for the past couple of weeks. Its like I'm turning into a "blonde..." I forget many things that I shouldnt forget. For example, I was in the weight room at my school and completely blanked out but was still trying to lift weights on a machine and I even got on the machine wrong! I felt soo stupid! And I shouldnt have forgotten because I have been doing it for 4 months now.

i am also really dizzy all the time. I don't know why. I get the feeling I can't breathe. Sometimes a feeling that something terrible is about to happen. I also get cuts on my arms and legs, etc. And have no idea how they got there. And my dreams are becoming more vivid and so are the feelings they send me. Its like my mind is shutting down or something but I'm becoming more alert to dreams and hearing people thoughts, etc. I have absolutely no idea what's happeing to me. I don't know if this is something spiritual or is something medically is really wrong with me.

When it happened to me, I was scared a lot. Thought it might mean a nuclear attack and the wind pull from it; I was little. Now I'm 49. Eventually went a little. Saw a few things odd. I the year of my second child's birth, she's 19, the wind took me through the tunnel - that was a little odd. I felt relatives around me, but flew fast. I'm very independent. I just asked straight out to go through the door. Was told "no because I had just had a daughter..." Well, I had mixed emotions, but agreed to go back.

In the year 2000 the wind really took me. I saw, in detail, two plane crashes. The first happened in seven days. The second, the next afternoon. Then I felt it happening and fought it off.

Now I let it (voyages) happen but set boundaries. Who am I to do this - well we can make requests. I think we have some respect here. It is sometimes scary voyaging and sometimes wonderful and always worth it in the end as far as I can see. But, know you have your choices and freedom. I said no for awhile. Years. I was just as "psychic" with or without this, but this is a new closeness. Just don't over step what you are ready for is my feeling. Perhaps I'm wrong. Good luck to you.
