I Am Having Strange Precognative Dreams. Help Me

the first dream I had came true I had it when I was 6. It was about someone in my family dying but their face was blank. When I woke about about an hour later my uncle had died. I never knew anything about it at the time but later on when I was 8 my dad told me what happened to him. The dreams I have now are usually about some people who need me to find them. Sometimes it's a shapeshifter maybe a elementest but this time it was both except it was three sisters who needed me for something when I woke up I got dressed and ran to where I saw the first one and she was there. I knew it was her but all she did was tell me three things the first was that I will find the other two, the second that she will always be with me, and the third that I was the only one who could save them. Please help me I don't know what to make out of this but now as I type this I hear things, whispers yet it sounds so desperate please help me I don't know what to do this has been happening to me a lot in my life so I have had to deal with this kind of thing multiple times but I just need help now than ever.

I am actually going to find them today but I still have no idea where I'm supposed to go or who to go with. Or even if I'm supposed to go with anyone or anything! I also found out 4 years ago that I can partially control wind water and fire. Thank you for all of your support.
