Strange Dreams About Someone I Have Not Met

I know this is not a site for dreams, but I think this is more than a dream.

I would very much appreciate any and all advice or thoughts on the matter.

To start off I would like to say I'm very sensitive, if someone is mad I can pick up their emotions from the next room or if someone is happy it will fill me with a joy that is not my own.

I have had many strange supernatural things happen in my life. But that's not what I'm here to talk about.

Lately I have been having dreams of a guy (im only a teenager myself) it started off, just like any normal dreams with people and places that you don't quite know and a misty air about it.

but lately over the last couple months, the dreams have been becoming very real. For example I will remember that I am dreaming but I will know that my life, THIS LIFE isn't real.

And then I will be standing next to this guy who is blond and tall, he will tell me something like the two last letters of his last name is AE. Or that he likes peanut butter, or that he likes walking in the rain, and other strange things like that and then I will wake up and I'll feel like he is next to me, as in I can feel his energy.

But I have never met him and or seen him in real life.

But I know him so well. Its really strange and I haven't told anyone about it because they would think that I am insane.

Could it be memories from a past life? Or just some random teenage dream.

I read this quote by Rumi, and it reads;

"Whatever you are seeking is seeking you."

So is it possible that its not just a dream?.
