I'm just going to list what I've experienced, what I can do, and random occurrences I can't get a lock on.
My strongest abilities are channeling of information, manipulation of energy, and influence of weather.
I learned a good deal of info on things just by learning how to be really open to the universe's vibes or energy or whatever you want to call it. I like calling it energy. I only recently got into psychic phenomena and the like, but because I can channel so well I haven't had many blocks in my understanding of things until lately. I believe it's self-doubt that's been holding me back lately, that and it's been harder to keep my mental shield up from other peoples' energies. I find myself spending a lot of time clearing out energy that isn't mine.
Manipulation of energy for me brings me the greatest joy. I can move my energy through every part of my body. I know how to project it onto others, and move it through their bodies, or let it do its own thing and move to where they need to be healed. I've learned that everything has a spirit to it. So that means that every atom has its own sort of consciousness and we're made up of billions and billions of different consciousnesses working together in a synergistic way. Everything is alive, even what you'd consider inanimate. This view helps me to manipulate higher levels of energy. If I'm healing someone or sending healing energy to them I'll ask the universe to send higher amounts to them than I'd use for say, taking the pain away from a cut on my skin or something.
For some reason I have a knack at influencing other peoples' energy better than my own, or my sense of it is stronger. I have trouble healing myself, but when it comes to other people I think the desire is stronger.
Weather. My connection with nature has always been really strong, but I can't tell you how weird and awesome it is to meditate before going to sleep, visualize a storm exactly how I'd like to see it, and wake up to it. It's truly mind-blowing.
A few other things I've experimented with and can do decently are manipulating others' energy, sending telepathic messages, and mimicking energy, whether it is the energy signature of a person, an animal, or an inanimate object. I haven't messed around with mimicking too much, but if I try I can do it well.
I can read someone in about 2 seconds just by looking at them or shifting my awareness to the energy field they put out. I can sense ghosts and otherworldly entities, but I haven't developed sight for them. I get feelings of different kinds of presences around me, and I see them move around. Kind of like how Predator moves around and you can see the field, or if you've ever played any Halo game and someone is using active camo. You can tell they're there, but only if you happen to be paying attention or looking for them. There's pretty much a humongous list of things I can do or have done. I'm sure it's like that with most people though. And it's not like I'm experienced with most of the abilities. I get glimpses here and there and there are a handful of things I can do well.
One of the weirdest things that ever happened to me. I have to say happen because I wasn't in control of it at all. Well I was walking home one night, and because it was dark outside I got into a kind of ninja mode. I was lurking and sticking to the shadows for fun. So, a car is driving down the street. It's at my back. I know in a few seconds it's going to get to me, but I put out the calmest desire to get to my fence and walk through the gate before the car got to me. I quicken my step just slightly, but I'm moving at a pace like I was sprinting. I don't understand it at all, but I'll describe it to my best. It was like I was running full speed, but I was barely walking. Everything slowed down around me, my breath stayed normal, and all sounds went away. I got to my fence in about 3 seconds at a distance of about 50 feet. The car had to have been going about 5 miles per hour, and I know for a fact it didn't stop or anything. I didn't notice any distortions in my vision or anything like that. I was just, walking through time? It sounds completely unbelievable and made up, but that's what happened. Maybe somebody's experienced something like it? It happens in my dreams sometimes. I'll think to go somewhere in the dream world, and the world around me blurs, but my body movement stays about the same. It's like jumping through time and space. Maybe if I developed it or knew how to do it again I could be like the guy in the movie Jumper:D
Oh and my favorite nursery rhyme is Row Your Boat. It is completely relevant.
Row, row, row your boat,
Gently down the stream.
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily,
Life is but a dream.
I've experimented a lot with lucid dreaming, dream interpretation, and dream control in the last few months. My honest belief is that this reality we're interacting in is a dream just like the dreams we go into as we sleep. It's makes psychic phenomena a lot more plausible and understandable when you consider that the world is the result of your perceptions.
