Just like a lot of people on here, I need some answers or help. You see, I've recently become interested in astral projecting. I did a bit of research, reading a few methods, reading people's stories, etcetera, etcetera. Please keep in mind that since I was just a small baby I always had some sort of ability to see ghosts and aura.
I read that people are having a lot of trouble with astral projecting and how it took them years or weeks to even reach the state where you feel like you're on a rollercoaster or something like that. Being determined to have an out of body experience, I immediately tried it that night.
To my surprise I did pretty well. Maybe a bit too well. Being thirteen I got some crazy thought, got anxiety, lost my focus and went right to s
A few days later I read more stories and experiences. I read how I had absolutely nothing to worry about, but I also read about people being 'attacked' by something. I tried again. I realized that the amount of time it took me took relax my body and create vibrations had shortened a lot. I began to slightly feel dizzy. Thinking I was having a headache I quit for the night.
As the days passed I noticed I could see the spirits in my house more frequently. I also noticed seeing my surroundings weirdly. Right now I see it. I guess it looks like waves or aura, but it doesn't have any color to it.
Anyways, one night I tried it again. After a while I finally got that feeling many people talked about. The rollercoaster feeling. I freaked out, thought I was dying (I know I'm weird.), and have not done it ever since
This was on my fourth or third try. Isn't that WAY too fast? My attempts were scattered throughout the month too. Is something wrong? For me, it's pretty scary. I just want to have an experience that isn't so frightening.
We have a cord that bounds us to our bodies? I did not know that. It sounds so interesting...
[at] Cattydee Thank you, if I have any questions about this I'll be sure to ask you first.
