Evil Woman Trying To Contact Me?

It all started about a week ago, every time I close my eyes to go to sleep at night I would see a woman with black hair standing in front of me with a deformed face like someone had cut it up severely It scared me so bad I was unable to sleep even with my dog and the light on. Then it progressed, I have had the same recurring dream of this evil woman in what looks like an abandoned hotel, I would find myself chasing after her but she wouldn't stop running and then I would end up getting lost in the place never being able to escape, it's a very dark and disturbing place. Recently I have closed my eyes to sleep and her evil face would be right there in front of my eyes, I have slept with the lights on but it's done no good I'm terrified. Then I started to think that maybe there's a paranormal being in my room most likely this woman because I sleep with my dog every night and recently he's been staring into the air with wide eyes, sniffing nonstop for 5 minutes, then he'll just go to sleep after about 5 minutes, like whatever was there is gone. Some nights are worse than others. Now I'm afraid to be alone in the daytime I'm very paranoid and think I see this woman every time I blink, but I know that its jus paranoia it's a lot worse at night because I have this strong sense that something's watching me, or is somewhere in my room. I don't suffer from any mental illnesses or depression but I'm really starting to worry that something's gone wrong in my brain, or this evil spirit is trying to tell me something so COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, I DON'T KNOW IF IM GOING NUTS OR SOMETHING EVIL FROM THE PARAMORMAL WORD IS TRYING TO CONTACT ME!
