For the longest time, I've felt watched. Sometimes, it gets so bad that I cannot breathe very well. If I stare at a door that's cracked open, I can see it slowly opening, and every once in a while, near the top of the door, is what seems to be a shadowy head. Also, if I look at something, I see it moving in on me, accompanied by a shadowy figure at times. I don't say anything to my parents or friends, because I know they won't believe me. I tried, once, and they told me it was my imagination. I know it isn't, why would it keep happening to me, ever since I was little?
Another thing that often happens is unexplained noises. This morning, shortly after my stepmom and stepbrother left the house, the toilet flushed. I'm home alone, with the cat and dog asleep. Things keep making small noises, when nothing could've caused it. I've always been fairly interested in psychic abilities, clairvoyance being at the top of my list. Is my wish to have the ability coming true? Or am I letting myself get all tangled up in my dreams? I've got a high factor ESP that I'm learning how to train, so even if this is my mind, I needn't worry about joining the site for no reason.
Has anyone else had these experiences? Does anyone have an explanation? Any idea would be greatly appreciated, as I'm fairly nervous and very confused at what's happening to me. I'm slightly curious if I'm just imagining things, since I have recently become obsessed with the show 'The Haunted' on Animal Planet, and have always gone crazy about psychic mediums, psychic abilities, spirits, ghosts, and their mysterious ways.

I'm sorry that this is kind of bland and very short, but this is my first publication, and I'm not sure what to put or what to keep out.
When you watch a creepy movie, you may not be scared at all. But afterwards, when you pass a mirror and your own reflection freaks you out. Then, if its dark, and you stand alone, it feels like something is going to come out of the shadows at you.
If you don't think about such thing for a while, don't they go away? (They do for me)
Before you go to sleep at night, sing a silly song and dance around or watch something stupid and funny on tv. It usually works to make such scary things go away for most people.
