Poetry Book

My husband and I went to an Estate sale on Eccles Street, which in Ogden Utah is one of the most historic streets. We wandered through the house and I just started to get this heavy feeling, when we went upstairs I looked at my husband and said, "I don't understand why all these people are in my home," he gave me a seriously weird look. I snapped out of it and realized what I had said, it took me a minute, but I started feeling weighed down again, we went back downstairs to leave. I started walking out the door but veered off to the left where they had a bookshelf. I ran my hand through the shelf grabbed a red book, a " British modern poetry book" I grabbed it and paid $5 for it, I hate poetry by the way. Since I bought it I have been completely drawn to it, one night my son would not go to sleep, I ran upstairs and grabbed the book, flipped to a random page I read him the poem, he fell right to sleep. The book has comments penciled in on almost every page. My Dad keeps telling me that I need to connect with the owner of the book, who passed away about 7 years ago, but I am petrified to open myself up to the spirits haunting me. I have always felt drawn to spirits, my house in Warren was completely haunted, everyone in my family saw the same spirit. Of course there was me, who saw the same little girl they all saw, plus the man hanging in our garage, and the Maiden who wandered the canal. Feeling them and opening up to them are two different things. If you feel them you can shake them off, if you open up to them you have to deal with their story, feelings, tragedy, and figure out how to help them. Please, someone tell me that I can help this woman in the book, I would really like to sleep without dreaming about a red book in the hands of brown haired older lady sitting on a bench who laughs then turns her head and stares at me like she's waiting for me to do something. I feel like I'm going crazy. I have never felt such a powerful spirit since I lived in the boonies!
