I've been seeing weird things for awhile now and I've just come to realize that maybe it's not just my eyes playing tricks on me. I'll see people out of the corner of my eye and when I turn to look they aren't there. They're just gone. Like they never existed. This happens to me ALOT!
A person who really stood out to me was someone I saw maybe a year ago. I was walking with my friend, Nicole, in my home town and it was starting to get dark I think and we were walking past this car and I see this man leaning out the side of it with his head down. It kind of looked like he was dead. I didn't see his face, being his head was down, but I was so sure I saw him. I glimpsed him and turned my head and then aware of what I'd just seen I turned back real fast. He was gone. I told Nicole about it and she said that she didn't see anyone.
Another thing that really REALLY stood out to me was something that I saw just this past Fall. I was again, in my home town with Nicole. We had been over at the baseball park and decided to leave so we ran through an empty corn field and out to a road by these woods that went out of town. We were planning on going out to this bridge that was over a river. We were walking down the road, not saying anything, and I start hearing people laughing. Like little kids. I turn and look into the woods and a bit of a ways back I see three little boys. They couldn't been more than six or seven. I said my friend's name and she looked. She saw them too! That surprised me.
The boys were all wearing white tee shirts and looked to have I think it was blonde hair and were all carrying what looked like a stick with something white on it to make it look like a flag. The boys were one right after the other. Like they were connected or something. It's hard to explain. The boys ran behind this tree and then they were just gone. Nicole and I called out to them but there was no reply. It was like they disappeared.
We proceeded out to the bridge and tried to think of where they could've gone. The answer was "no where". If they ran out of the woods to another empty corn field on the other side of the river we would've seen them. But even if they did that they would've had to cross the river. And anyway they were... They were GONE! After a few minutes Nicole and I went into the woods to look for them and we didn't find them. No surprise, really. The thing is, though, as soon as I saw them the word "faries" came to my mind and sill won't get out of it.
And about the title, I do feel things, like someone be poking me and then there'll be no one there. I haven't had a really BIG experience with that yet, but if I do I'll update.
