Hearing Vibrations?

I am going to start off with some information about myself. I'm an empath. I can empathize with someone just by speaking to them or even just texting or mailing the person. I do it by accident sometimes, but I'm not really stable with this because it's kind of new to me (around 4 to 5 months of having the ability). I can sometimes see orbs, but not a lot. I mostly see shadows or get an image in my mind. I don't really like communicating with spirits though. I'm kind of scared of them I guess. I can sense spirits but I ignore it. I can astral travel, but I have to do it in my half asleep state which makes me really confused. If any of you have trouble astral traveling then try this. Your half asleep and you feel yourself drifting off. Imagine a bright white light and push really hard from your chest. If you're like me I usual they stuck at the head so you can push out from your head too. Anyways, let's get to my story.

I've always heard this buzzing in my head and ears. I just recently noticed it though. I thought maybe I should get my ears checked. Nothing was found. My hearing is impeccable. The buzzing is more like a vibration. It's usually medium pitched but if a spirit comes close to me or want something from me the vibration becomes really high pitched. I can hear the vibrations better if it's quiet but I can hear still hear it if someone is speaking to me or some noise distracts me. I can ignore it but it's kind of hard to do that. I'm wondering what are these vibrations? Why do I hear them? Do any of you hear it?
