What Is Happening?

Lately my friend has been telling me that she is seeing ghosts or spirits around her, we are both very curious about what is going on. She is a little afraid of what she might find out. At times I would feel something strange or different near us but I cannot see or hear them, my friend can and I always ask her to describe them to me or let me know what they say. I am afraid as well because she is not the first person that let's me know about these experiences. What scares me even more is that something bad will end up happening. This started about two or three months ago; it first started as a few comments that she would mention or just random conversations we would have, then she told me what was going on and since when it had been happening. A few days ago she moved to a new house. She had thought that maybe she wouldn't be going through these situations anymore. Just a while ago discovered a ghost or spirit outside her house and that it just kept yelling. In her previous house she would always see one and I would sometimes know it was there because her dogs would bark. Sometimes I would notice that her behavior would change after she would tell me they were there or the way she spoke was different. I would really like to find out what it going on and why they keep contacting her or if they are trying to tell her something. At first I would not believe in anything like this but lately it has been happening more often. We are both very concerned about this. Can somebody please help me or her out?
