A couple of nights ago, I was sleeping in my bed and I had this dream. I was walking outside in my backyard and all of a sudden I collapsed. Everything looked so blurry. In my dream I could see my body laying their on the ground and I could feel myself being pulled to it like a magnet. Then I saw my dead Grandmother standing in front of me, she was telling me to go back, to find my body. I woke up in my bed gasping for air. I was scared to go back to sleep, I didn't want this happening again. I don't know what this was... Perhaps astral projection?
After this incident I felt sick. I was wondering when you astral project do you get sick afterwards? And what is up with my grandmother, why would she tell me to go back? Maybe I'm going crazy. It was probably just a dream but then again maybe not. Weird things always happen to me... Seeing thing that nobody else can see, and when I'm in a room alone I sometimes get this feeling that someone is in that room with me. It's like a weight on my body. I try to tell my parents what I see daily, and they don't believe a word I say. It can be pretty frustrating.
