Untimely Experiences

I've had this ability sense I was a child. Seeing people and creatures. I'm 23 years old now and dealing with this to the best of my ability but sometimes it's easier said than done. I've seen things in my dreams when I was a child and still see things then but not as much now. You could say when something is about to happen. As of lately my eyes have began to glaze over and some sighting are more clearer than others. I was ok with just seeing them but now there trying to have more communication with me I've spoken with a few and have never seen them again I've passed a few messages along as well. So this surely is a gift, and I embrace it but even for me sometimes it can get a bit in tense with some of the things I see. A few years ago I was leaving a family members house walking home and I felt like I was being followed so I checked behind again and I saw a set of legs just the at first so I started walking faster and then I saw the upper half of the person following me out the corner of my eye. He had on sneakers and a pair of dark denim jeans, a black shirt and a ball cap. I stop to look back but he was gone. So I started walking again and he was back so I called my girlfriend and explained to her what was going on and she left to come pick me up and still on the phone. When we met he was gone but once I got in the car and we pulled off I saw him again and started following us on foot. Once I got home I felt a little better but still had that uneasy feeling. About fifteen minutes later. He was inside my house by my front door and he just stood there with our eyes locked on each other not making a move or sound. I saw his eyes or what used to be, there were glowing a bright green color and he had a pistol in his hand. But I couldn't move and after a few minutes he just left. So can anyone explain what that meant? If so, could you please respond because we still see each other from time to time didn't see anyone. So I kept walking the feeling.
