This happened when I was 16. I was lying down on a big trampoline (the kind with the net around it) and it was after dark, probably around 8 or 9. I was talking to my friend on the phone and I saw something at the corner of my eye. When I looked I saw lightning hitting a tree, but this is happened when I saw it:
1. Everything was black and white and blurry.
2. There was no sound at all
3. The feeling of the atmosphere felt like the inside of a car on a summer day with all the windows rolled up. The feeling where you can't breathe right, not the heat part.
4. Everything was in slow motion
As soon as I blinked it was gone and my friend's voice came back as loud as ever. I remember my ears started ringing and I had a headache. I was freaked out but I didn't put any mind to it because I thought that it was a figment of my imagination. I didn't tell anybody about this because people that I associated with were not too happy about the thought of paranormal activities or psychic things but a month later my mom called, because I lived with my dad at the time. She was saying that she had to get a new car because there was a storm and lightening had hit a tree, and the tree limb had fell on the car. I was astonished about what I heard and I told my mom about it, and she said that I was just a strange little girl and then she started laughing, which didn't make me feel any better. But now she is always asking me if I had any visions lately. I think that she is just mocking me though. But it's all cool.
