-Not tinnitus- A mid-pitch static drifts in, out of nowhere without my own realization. Once I become aware of the quiet static, it's paired with a high frequency ring (I'd say anywhere from 15000-20000 HTz at low volume). It's a very resonated sound. This lasts about 5 seconds, then I hear a voice. It's always saying demeaning things: "What the F is your problem?" "What are you doing?" "You're useless!" Etc. Etc.
The voice is best described as middle to high volume. It sounds just like someone screaming into a microphone, and amp is overloaded causing the words to be distorted. I can tell that they're yelling at the top of their lungs; the medium (amp) is pushing too much to handle; and all I hear is a mid volume range voice all in my head. After it goes away, if I try to walk I feel heavier than normal, and my movements are slightly slower (But I could easily shrug it off if I tried). It's been happening for years, as long as I can remember; my memory is really good. It hadn't happened in quite some time, maybe even a year. Tonight I heard it before finding this page and writing about it. Immediately after hearing it, I felt as if it might mean something has happened to my family. I felt that it might be a warning for the very near future, so I walked outside and smoked a cigarette in a bunker (I'm in Iraq) until I stopped caring enough to come back try to figure out what it is/was/always has been. It's very random, it mainly happens when I'm alone, but it has happened a few times in public. Also had a pretty bad time with Deja Vu.
Any kind of documented explanation would be awesome.
