Bed Shaking When I'm About To Fall Asleep

It's not the first time this happened to me. At night 17th May I was about to go to bed, I was home alone, I switched everything off and I laid on my bed, I wasn't asleep just laying with my eyes closed. And firstly I heard the bathroom door slam, at first I thought it was just wind because my bathroom window was open so I ignored it. Then I looked at my phone and turned to the other side of the bed, when I was about to fall asleep I felt like my bed was shaken by someone and I could feel it strongly on my body even my cat gave me a really weird look. I got scared... So I ran and turn my lights on, and sat on by bed back again. My room doors were closed, then I turn my laptop back on and a few seconds later I heard a big bang coming from my living room, I was too scared to go and check so I put a movie on and not even knowing when I fell asleep. Then according to my dad when he came back home he turned off all my electronics and he tried to wake me up but he couldn't, he was shaking me and saying my name really loudly but I still didn't wake up. Later at night about 2/3 am I woke up with a shock, I was out of breath. I went to the kitchen, I saw my dad and I calmed down. I went back in my room, laid on my bed and felt the bed shaking again... What do you think it might be? I don't really believe in ghosts or the spiritual things but that thing really freaked me out. My mum says it might be my granddad looking out for me cause has always done that to her but I don't believe it. Today my friend told me that the same night when I told her about it after it happened straight away, pretty similar thing happened to her, when she was half asleep her bed shook but it was one strong shake.

As a kid I felt the bed shake all the time. I use to get scared and tried sleeping on the couch, but It followed me around. It started happening when my mom passed away (I was 13) and ended around 14. As I got older it never happened again intell last night where I felt it again after about 8 years. I sat there and was thinking it reminds me of when my mom attempted to get me up for school. She would shake the bed to get me up when I wouldn't listen. I would love to know why this happens lol My buddy thinks I'm nuts. 😕

Sometimes when going to sleep and feeling a vibration means you are about to astral project.

Everything is energy and everything vibrates, even if you can't see, hear, touch, smell or taste that. You vibrate, everyone does at various frequencies depending on a variety of factors relating to mind, body and spirit. Speed of those vibrations increases or slows down depending on how balanced mind, body and spirit is. Speeding up brings you to a different frequency than if you are slower in vibration. You can feel the vibrations now and again when they begin to speed up. Different parts of you have different vibrational speeds depending on how healthy that part of you is, the goal is to become a "whole" healthy person in terms of mind, body and spirit. Psychic phenomenon can occur when the vibrational speed is high. Healthy body, mind and spirit raises frequencies - however what we are "told" is healthy may not actually be so, so it is important to find your own ways to figure out what is healthy and true and balance. It's very natural, it's like as natural as the sun by day and moon at night, it's all connected, we have just not been raised or taught in the ways of it. For example, something like doing yoga can increase vibrations, eating a vegan menu or organic menu can do it, feeling true unconditional love in your heart can do it, meditation and quieting your mind and negative thoughts can do it, and on and on... Combining these sorts of things in your life and sustaining them will raise vibrations.
Unified field theory is simply we are all vibrating, everything in our universe vibrates at different frequencies, everything is alive and in motion whether we can sense that with our 5 senses or not, a chair vibrates, we can't see it but it does, at a certain frequency. So psychic phenomenon is just a higher frequency that we sense when we are vibrating at a higher level or frequency. It's always present whether we are able to tune in or not and we always have the ability to tune in or not.

Hello,

In my teenage years my bed shock very violently. I used to sleep in my sisters bed but then I got my own bed because of that. It would happen a few times a year. My parents and I just assumed it was pent up energy and my parents always understood that I was a tad different than my siblings of which I had many. They were very understanding that way. Soon after, I started running as a sport and it went away and never came back. Maybe you should try that. It's a fummy thing about energy. If you have it you've got to use it. Also, that house was haunted by atleast 5 spirits but they all kept there distance and never hurt anyone. One scared a few of my siblings but that's it.

Don't be scared. It's what it want's you to be it is trying to make you leave. I've seen this before it happened to a friend. It sounds like a ghost but it might be a demon whatever it is don't let it get to you and don't be scared it can feel that energy and that only makes it stronger.

Hi,

It's not your granddad for sure. It might be a ghost, or a soul or (sorry but it's the truth) a demon. But I want to tell you that it's weird that it happened to your friend too. Maybe you have some connection with your friend that you don't know about. (Or your friend lies.)

About you, you should be careful now. If you start to notice weird things like that, react. The best reaction for you would be to go to some room where there are lights, and other people. Ghost (or demons) usually don't attack when there are other people. Try to not stay alone, and be careful.

If you got any questions, or just want someone to talk to, email me. My email is on my profile page. 😊

Lili.

Woah, I had the same kind of thing happen. But it was different, instead I heard voices and my painting easel slowly fell and unassembled.

well to put what Anne said simply and a little less science like (no offense of course). When you relax your mind works differently. Certain parts of your brain take over for other parts that work while you're more awake, and when the "relaxed parts" of your brain take over your abilities are amplified or abilities suppressed by your subconscious come out more. It would be safe to say that you're a telekinetic. Though this is still jumping to conclusions too much and does not explain the electronics.

Another theory is that (while you may disbelieve it) there is a poltergeist in your house and its zoning in on you. Poltergeists usually focus on a kid while making their mischief so that they get them in trouble.

Also (not to scare you) it is possible that you have a demon trying to possess you. The early stages of demonic possession are often similar to that of the actions of poltergeists. So I would like to ask if you have any unexplained scratches and/or times where it seems like you have blacked out.
If so inform me immediately please. I will tell you how to proceed from there. There are often two roads you can take with Demonic Possession that can allow you to take control of the situation and we can discuss which is right for you (that is if this is demonic possession).

I sometimes feel my bed shake or even drift, like I'm out at sea somewhere, when I was a kid, I used to dream of being in a hot air baloon, and when it the dream ended, I would actually feel myself landing in bed, and the bed would be swirling for a long time after I had worken up. Its because in sleep mode your brain is on a different level, it can sence and feel things you can't when concious. So chill. Its natural.

If I could pay myself a dollar for every time I used the three B's of intuition analogy (bed, bath and bus), I'd be rich  It's very common to experience insights, intuitions and etheric anomalies when we go into alpha mode (which is what you're generally in when you're relaxing in the bath, reading, laying down, riding a bus, remote viewing, etc.) Because we are in alpha our frequency range increases. That means that things that were previously invisible or inaudible to you (outside of your normal chatty 'beta' brain reception) now become accessible. I can't count the times I've actually heard radio stations while laying in bed. Or heard voices in the bedroom suddenly call out my name. Or if I'm coming in and out of sleep, get those vibrations (or shakes as you call them) that are so strong I swear a big earthquake just happened. The real experts can put their brain into Theta without falling deeply asleep and then they can induce OBE's, remote view, heal, communicate with discarnate beings, work on manifestation and so on.

So now you know what the answer is. Alpha brain waves are normal and the effects will happen again. The cool thing is if you want to have it happen again, you can induce this by quieting the mind and body. We are nothing but oscillating and vibrating mass and to perceive broader frequencies we have to raise our vibrations (hmm sounds like String theory!). It's as simple as science.
