Real Psychic Experiences

A Static Situation

Electronics do not like me. It seems whenever I pass by an outdated television set, a telephone, radios, or especially cameras, they become static, then returns to normal when I walk away from it.

Some tv's and radios I merely touch become noisy or static.

Today, a friend was filming me for an interview. She used a basic high definition camera. As I was sitting, her camera began to have problems. She said that while she was filming me, the screen became grainy mysteriously, then turned pink and turned off. When the interview was finished, she interviewed another person. The camera worked perfectly fine. Her mind, and my mind were blown.

This incident reminded me of the street lamp outside my home. I walk under it all the time, and it always buzzes and flickers when I'm under it. One night, I was so angry, I walked around my neighborhood to calm myself down. I walked under the same street lamp, and it turned off. Luckily, the city replaced the bulb, heh heh.

I felt these were psychic experiences. My mental state has a major impact on all these incidents. Buying new electronics for me is a nightmare, haha!

It confuses, yet intrigues me;P I wonder if I can learn to control this, heh.

The opposite seems to happen to me, when I touch a radio antenna, the signal gets amplified, and I can actually make a radio pick up a weak station stronger simply by touching the antenna. I know of other people who have been able to do this as well, but it still seems like it only happens to some and not all people.

My mother has something similar going on with her. I noticed that every time we pass a street lamp as we're walking my dog it'll flicker or turn off. Apparently this has always happened to her along with other technical stuff. So I was curious as to wether or not it would happen to me too. I walked past it and nothing happened. When my mom walked past it the glass burst. She was very angry that day as she had an argument with one of her colleagues that led her to having to work overtime without pay. She's also noticed that if she's extremely calm or half-asleep if she looks at something it'll fall or move. She looked at a shirt of her's the other day hanging in her closet and it fell right offthe hanger. I was in the room at the time and it was strange to say in the least. I don't know how that ties in with the slider thing but has something like that happened to you?

I appologize for my mistype. I had no idea that I wrote clown instead of people. Weird, I don't know where clown would have come from.

Wow, I didn't know that this happened to other people. I don't wear a watch today, because every watch I have... The battery goes dead quickly. Everytime that I go to rent a movie... Their computer crashes, and I asked if they always have that problem and they said never. It has happened every single time I've been in there. When I was getting ready to deliver my daughter, all of the tv's in the hospital lost their cable and the tv went to static when I was pushing. It didn't come back on until I finally got settled in my room. Tv's and electronics in my house are always turning off by themselves. I'm glad I'm not alone.

caturday_surprise,
It's an unknown as to the why's and the how's. I also am a SLIder, SLI stands for 'Street Light Interference". It's basically just like the title suggests. This phenomenon affects the electronics around you, I am a classic case of this; any given night of the week I can be driving along and street lights will start to go out, after I get about a quarter mile past, they'll go back on. It's not every street light, just random ones. Sometimes two at a time, sometimes one at a time. For a long time it made me feel like there was some kind of bad vibe I was giving off that made it happen and I just wouldn't mention it to people because I didn't want to creep them out. But then I found an article about it a few years ago. Now this might sound weird but once I realizsd that there was a name for it I didn't feel so bad anymore. Just because it had a name, I felt better. However, there is no proof that anyone has come up with to show that it does occur because it's always pushed off as "Oh well, street lights are always flickering, that's no proof". Here's the deal though, if street lights were that fickle in nature, wouldn't that be a big deal? A public nuisance? Dangerous even? The lights don't flicker for me, they go out. Granted, they go back on once I've gotten further down the road, but they have never just flickered.
😕 😕

i think what it is is sliders electronic impulses in their brains are amplified by their psychic vibrations like jupiterempath said! One of my theories is that we have natures to our psychic auras some are stronger than others, in the case of sliders lightning nature! It influences electronics once you understand your nature your on the path to mastering your ability. But more importantly I believe once you do master or learn to control it yo can use it to influence changes in peoples brains if you were god enough and or had a thorough knowledge of what's where in the human mind! Focusing during meditation on an electric element fully immersing your aura in the lightning element might help with understand and using your abilities!

I agree with insertsanity, normal is overrated. And a buddy of mine has the same ability, though not as strong. He can't wear watches, and every now & then he'll have to take his credit cards out of his wallet because the magnetic strips stop working. He looked it up, and told a bunch of us about it a while back. Apparently the term for it is slider. One of the theories about it is that a slider's auric field vibrates at a higher frequency than the average person, and this causes disruptions in the EM fields of what would normally work. Like with all abilities though, it's something that you need to watch since it can also affect people when it's left unchecked and taken to extreme (i.e. Extreme anger/rage/depression, very high excitement, etc.). I say this not to scare you, but to let you know what can happen. My friend is a big drinker. When he does, and I'm around and spiritually open, I can start to feel what I can only describe as a feeling of psychic drunkenness, and it can tire me out. As an empath, I need to watch these things more than most people, I don't know how strongly it would affect someone without any psychic gifts, but it probably wouldn't be as bad for them. If someone gets mad or frustrated with your enthusiasm and doesn't fully understand why though, you'll know why. But the best thing that I can encourage you both to do though is look it up for yourself.

I signed up just to say, that I have had a very similar experience with electronics. Though it's usually something isn't working, I touch it or I am in the same room, fixing it becomes a lot easier. The other day, I had locked my Ipod, and proceeded to turn the volume up and down for ten to twenty minutes without realizing it had locked. As soon as I realized that it had been locked that power (or whatever you want to call it) stopped working.

I do not believe it to be the fault of the ipod because that has not ever happened before. Xp

I can tell you that I can cause electronics to malfunction when I am in a particularly unpleasant mood.

To deal with it you just really need to calm down and think it through. Don't let it bother you so much. Normal is overrated any day.
