Yelling In My Ear

I have been experiencing some of these events again recently and I am not sure what is happening but it literally makes me jump out of my bed and sleep with my light on.

About 10 years ago I moved into my ex's parents house. Our room was in the finished basement. On this particular night I was up a bit late watching Iron Chef, nothing out of the ordinary. I turned off the lights because I needed to get to bed, my ex was already fast asleep. I closed my eyes and started to fall asleep when I was woken up by a very loud knocking on the window across the room. The first time this happened I assumed I was just hearing things as I fell asleep so I just closed my eyes again. A few minutes later I heard it AGAIN. It was louder this time and it was 3 distinct knocks or more like a pounding on the window. Then I saw a shadow dart away. I woke up my ex and told him what I heard. He got out of bed and walked up to the window and pulled the curtain back to see if anyone was there... Of course there wasn't. (I should mention that we lived in a sub-division that was in the middle of the country) He basically told me I was crazy and went back to bed.

So once again I laid back down and tried to fall asleep. A few moments later I was woken up again by the knocking but this time it was very fast and loud. I got him up again and told him I definitely heard it and he sincerely started to look a bit freaked out. He went upstairs to see if his little sisters boyfriend may have been trying to sneak in the house and wake us up because her room was on the second floor. He didn't see his car parked outside anywhere but went up to her room to ask if she had planned on him coming over that night. Her answer was no. By this time I'm so freaked out I didn't even want to sleep so I turned the T.V. Back on while he went back to bed (I never sleep with the T.V. On). I finally started to doze off when all of the sudden I heard someone yell my name so loud in my ear that I literally had flailing limbs and jumped so high out of the bed it instantly woke up my ex. I felt the warmth of breath and my ear was ringing so bad it was like I partially def.

I have no idea what was trying to get my attention and for what reason but things like this are happening again when I try to sleep. It's more subtle like a bit of a shaking bed or some pinches on my arm but it keeps waking me up.

Does anyone else ever experience this? If so do you have any advice on how to make it stop?

Hi. I've had the same experience with the door knocking, and yelling in the ear. My husband had woke to the bed being shaken, I woke 5 minutes later to a yelling in my ear. It was a long "Oi" yell. I was startled when I awoke, but, not scared. After all I live next to a cemetery where my family and tupuna are buried.

Maybe whoever is yelling and knocking needs help. If you are uncomfortable ask them to leave with love and to walk into the light. I know it's hard once fear sets in. Try not to fear. I hope this is comforting for you.

thank you guys! I actually went to my local meta store and talked to someone because I am constantly feeling on edge and full of negativity in my house. I got a smudge kit and at the moment I can feel the energy lifted. I also got a Pendulum (the amethyst one pulled me in right away) and have been able to decipher so far that there is 1 female spirit in my house who means no harm. I asked after I smudged my house. I live next to a very large graveyard and used to take walks in it everyday. I am actually wondering if some of them followed me home. I will keep you all posted and thank you very much for the kind advice. 😁

no matter how frustrated the ghost is by you not aknowledging it has absolutely no right to pinch you, shake your bed, or wake you up in any way, that is just unbelivably rude. You need to let him/her know that that behaviour is not going to be acceptable and you should probably start working on putting up a shield. If you ever plan on comunication you should tell the ghost to wait until you are ready to communicate with it, and put up restrictions on what kind of behaviour you expect.

It's a ghost. Try talking with him telepathically. Every night I hear two knocks on my bedroom door, and other places too. It happens any time. Today my friend heard it too and no one was there.
Either you need the ghost's help or the other way around. Being invisible can be annoying, and most people fear ghosts. It's frusterating.
Hope this helps

Would you be interested in actually setting up a voice recorder in your room? Let it play all night and see what you can come up with. That's really scary, the screaming in your ear. I would of been flipping out and really angry. I'm sorry you have to be dealing with this, is there any professionals in your home town you can contact for advice? Or possible help cleansing the home? Those are my thoughts, and I hope you go without incident. Please take care of yourself!
