I need an opinion about this.
I am not much of a believer about psychics and premonitions. On December 21st I was in a car accident and I dreamed it the night before. I have no idea what this means... I remember in vivid detail about what happened. I was in the car with my dad we went to Portland to go do some stuff and a old man with a cast on his arm hit us and we flipped in the air. And landed in a ditch next to the highway. I couldn't breathe and my father was out of the car trying to pull me out but my knee was busted in three places. Then the dream ended. When I woke up the next morning ready to go on the road I just thought it was nothing, I always have dreams like that, and they do come true but I never thought until now. But at 10 in the morning when we came back from Portland we got in an accident with an old man with a cast. We didn't roll though and my knee was shattered. I have been having dreams like since I could remember and they always come true.
Another thing I do weird is when people talk I have like subtitles on what they say and I know what they are going to say when they say it.
Can someone give me an opinion about this...
Please.

I really need help
Now we've got that out of the way, I can address your dream: precognitive. There is no other explannation for it. If you have dreams that regularly come true, then you may have the gift of precognition. Unfortunately, significant negative events are usually easier to see. You might have to ask somebody like AnneV to explain this in more detail if you're interested in why, as that's a little out of my depth.
If you wish to strengthen your natural abilities, I recommend taking up meditation, if you haven't already. This will increase your vibrations.
As for the "subtitles" your described, a number of things could be going on here:
1. You're intuitive.
2. If you hear the thoughts of others, then that makes you telepathic.
3. If you "just know" pieces of information that really you should have no way of knowing, then this points to claircognizance or "clear knowing".
4. If your experiences are sensory then this may be an examples of clairsentience ("clear sensing"), though I find the first 3 explannations more plausable.
Hope this helps,
