Meditation In The Woods

I usually meditate once a week. It wasn't my usual day to meditate, a Friday instead of Monday, I just chose to go anyway. Something told me to go into the woods behind my house and meditate by a small creek. I went into a deep meditation and soon saw a man. He talked to me and told me that I had a great future ahead of me. "The rough will soon lead way to green valleys," he said. He also gave me a poemish type riddle. He said;

Take a leap and lead the day,

Don't hold back but find a gold ray.

This will lead you to a hidden place,

One of dreams and hope and faith.

He gave his life for you all,

Find the place in the midst of nightfall.

Below the hill and around a bend,

A secret filled place for your heart to mend.

Travel far but stick it close,

Then by this place lay a single white rose.

He will rise and lead you away from here,

To a place without fear.

A battle will form and ensue,

This day a time of which you drew.

Bear these words and don't give up hope,

Follow your heart and a love filled rope.

This day will only come when you are ready,

Then make this journey and keep your mind steady.

It confused me when he said it and then I got the feeling that he was warning me about Jesus coming back. I don't understand the rest. I'll keep working through it and putting myself into meditation more often. That's all I can do for now I suppose.

I read your profile and I can only give you the advice to meditate again and ask Cynthia for help.
This "thing" that is being mean to you is simply bullying you. I would not try to be nice or mean to it. Only to give it love. I'm not saying love as in encouraging, but rather give love to someone who is hating. It is obviously having some issues and that is issues you don't have to take and deal with it. Give love and pray for it to find som peace. If it doesn't help, well again, ask Cynthia.
Meditate as well to find some peace within yourself, since all of this seems to causing you much distress, sadness and pain.
Take care my child.

Btw, I loved that riddle. It's very beutiful said.

Sincerely
Nahlire

My song is the condensation of several years of "standing at the nightly-dark window waiting for the Lord". It is like a Haiku. I am sad of not being able to write musical notes so that you can't get the melody too. Thus make up a melody of your own and sing it if you have to live in darkness at the moment. Be blessed!

It's not that I created it, it's more like it was told to me. I don't see it as a "beautifully written poem" but more as a warning or map of some kind. I am going to post another story about a dream I had and what I think it means and how they tie together.

NaturalScience- That's a very pretty poem, and its amazing that it came to you when you were having rough patches. Sometimes, all we need is a few words of encouragement, or even a simple poem. When I'm feeling down, I love listening to Neil Gaimon perform his poem, "Instructions". It also is sort of a representation on how one goes through life.

J-Chope- Your poem is also very pretty. I can see where it would be beneficial to meditate on a poem- they're very relaxing, and the deeper meanings of said poems can be very enlightening.
Thank you for sharing, and I hope to read more of your experiences.

Au Revior. 😊 ❤

Instead of commenting, here just a response, a heart's answer by analogy:
The words of a little song that "came to me" (I did not compose it consciously) during times of tribulation, called "Night Pilgrim's Song".

"A tiny hope, a tiny chance
And there will be moments when even this is gone
But jesus took
His ghost of a chance
And you know the end of the story.

On a narrow path
Every doubt may mean death
And there will be moments
When you can't help it it comes
Brother walk on thru
To meet the Silent Man
And you'll know then end of the story.
Brother you'll know the end of the story."

God bless
