Becoming Aware of my Predicting Abilities

I'm 13 and just beginning to predict stuff that has around 50 percent chance like whether someone will walk from the left or right of the hallway but I'm mostly correct what even is going on.

I'm not sure about me. I always get a bad feeling before bad things happen. Like drama happening at school or getting into trouble (well getting written up and not knowing). My Mom says its a 'sixth sense'. When my brother was getting bullied at school I didn't know it but I'm in eigth and he's in fifth and we have recess together. Something told me to check him so I did and he was crying that this mean girl was bullying him. Same thing happened when I woke up in the middle of the night with a bad feeling and I couldn't sleep and something told me to turn on the light and I did and not even ten minutes later a bat came flying in my room. And many more time. Right now I have a feeling that we are going to be experiencing something bad. I live in New Jersey. I guess we'll see what happens.

Also, Anna, I ALWAYS think of a TV show or song, and within the day I hear it or see it, even if I have not heard or saw a show for years! So you are definitely not alone on this one!

I am a firm believer that ther ARE no coincidences, everything happens for a reason, and every moment happens due to a very specific series of event sthat leads up to that moment, youv'e just begun to take notice:)
Perhaps it was your thought of seeing your ex that prompted the series of events leading up to you actually seeing him? Difficult to grasp but could be!

hey, I'm 17 and I have the same stuff. It's from the weather to a person's next move or word. Its pretty weird.

I know someone who is in need of help from these strong gifts he had picked up from his mother side. He hears voices in his head and absorbs other emotions. However, he almost died for being so weak and holding this secert deep down. He told me it, because I was is girl.

But, the reason I'm typing is because as you guess it, I experience the same things as you do. Everytime I'm thinking of something random or relates to what I'm doing or past events [usually funny moments], the topic or thing occurs the following day.

One day, it was really strong. Everything I thought or what if, actually happened. This went on until midinight, which I was glad because I thought of an eerie thing afterwards that I'm relieved didn't occur.

About my dreams, they're usually strange, but I figure they're meaningless. Then again, I assume they could mean other possiblities.

Examples: My whole class going on a trip on a bus, but stops for McDonalds only; My psychic firend and I running away from a currupted faciliy; my mother knowing a strange symbol glowing on the ceiling at night; a scary lady living in a forest with three cabins and a tree in the middle where missing kids hang; taking money from my firend's money from the piggybank and actually being in her room, which I haven't seen.

Dichavu; another academic I have for intutions. I feel like I've seen it before, but I haven't. Occurs at special moments, tests, and various time.

I'm sixteen years old, and these things started probably since I came to America (8 years old}, In a way, this gift actually leads me to creativities and specifically twilight, the sunset.

I am so glad I found this site. I have had some really strange things happen and people can get really wierd when you talk about it. I was out walking on our farm, my husband and 4 kids were in the house. When I knew my 2 year old was going to die. I just ran home, saying over and over, please don't take her. My husband thought I had really lost it, but the next day Courtneys doctor said we should run some test because her color was grayish, then they said we need to do this small procedure, then the one hour procedure turned into 6 hours, Courtney passed away in my arms after the prodecure. She was ready to go, that was 16 years ago and my abilities have gotten stronger. Some have helped protect others, Some dreams let me know when someone is going to pass on. One time I was driving on the interstate when I knew I needed to take an exit (no where near where we were going) and the 3 little side roads, to see my husband car on the side of the road. We didn't have cell phones then. He was like there is no way this just happened. (He is always saying "This really scary, I'm glad you can do it, but man this is really scary.) Some times it gets you into trouble, I think half the battle is learning how to use the gift and when. Timing is everything, and there are times when people don't want to know. And times it is really sad, I dreamed that I woke up in the middle of the night and found Courtney floating in our swimming pool, I tried to do cpr, when I remember Courtney all ready passed over, when I looked down, it wasn't Courtney but a pretty little girl, her body was there but her spirit was next to me, and started talking to me, I ask her who she was and she said Emma, granny, I have to go, I woke up knowing that my daughters unborn baby had just passed away. I was crying and my husband woke up, and said well, there is nothing we can do but wait, 4 hours later my daughter called to say they were going to the hospital, because the baby wasn't moving, my bags were already packed and I told her I was on the way. Later at the funeral, my son in law told me they were going to name her after his grandmother Emily. Sometimes this gift is a blessing, other times I hate it.

I'm also 15 and I to have the same ability. For instence, today I was giving a ski lesson at Saint-Bruno (yes, I have a job) and I would think "He/She'll fall" and a few seconds later, they fall (they looked stable whene I had the thought). I'm also waiting for a story to be passed on this site about my premonitions, so if you see it appear in the next few days, check it out. It will be called "My most precise premonition (and more)".

hello, I'am fifteen years old and I have the same thing as you. Except I won't think about them, I will not black out, but zone out and I will see something and in a day or two, It will happen. For instance, One time me and my friends were going back a party, and I kept saying the cops will be there. Noone believed me. Then I pulled my friend aside and said I saw me you and bobby running up the side of the hill and bobby fell. After an hour at the party the cops came, and we ran, and bobby fell where I said she would have fell.

Another story, would be when I saw myself talking to someone in the hospital, and they said hows life, I said its okay. A day or two later my friends mother was in the hospital, and that's exactly what she asked me. The weirdest, was when me and my friend were in her kitchen, and out of nowhere I said someone is going to get into a car accident. The next day my friends mother and sister got into an accident. I usually expeirence this a couple times a month, or get bad feelings.

Its odd though, I can only figure when bad things will happen. Sometimes I also have dreams, where something happens to somebody, but in reality it happens but to a different person.

I also see ghosts, and appiritions, and sometimes they speak to me. And one time when my friends cousin was missing, I could kind of picture the man she was last seen with, it wasn't strong, but I knew he had black hair.

This does not really scare me, but I'am not sure if I'am physhic, or what it is. But I think of it as a gift.

we have this thing going in our family that if someone close to us dies when we are at a sleep, then few of us see the same horrible dream. I only remember about hearing about it as a kid and later I remembered it when my godmother died in a house fire. What I know for certain is that my grand mother and mother share the same ability. I haven't talked to my family about it as they are bit of a skeptics. What do you think is there anything on this and could it be improved?

Dreaming the future is called precognition and seeing it during the day is premonition. You're both psychic, and there are no coincidences in life. I'd highly suggest writing symbols down because they are messages from higher beings trying to communicate with you. And Anna, skeptic or not, you wouldn't be posting and reading about this sort of thing on 'psychic experiences' if deep down you didn't believe in it. Sometimes we've all just got to listen to our intuition and not doubt what we're experiencing. We can only see with open eyes. Meditation does wonders for improving psychic abilities, by the way. i think I'm psychic! Cause I hav dreams and visions tht cum true and sumtyms there in code and I see things in real life tht remind me of my dreams and visions and sumtyms I hear voices wot shuld I do? Am I psychic? If I am how do I make my psychic abilities stronger and better? Please help!
