I need help. This story is off topic-just letting you know. I'm attempting to get into Wicca. My friends are all into it and, so am I. My friend's mom has close wiccan friends and her mom and my friend seem to think that I'm, which word should I use, close to fire. That it's my "element". I'm also working on earth. Before I get too into this, seriously, no rude comments. Do you seriously have THAT much extra time in your life to comment that sorta stuff? I don't think so. Anyway, also, my dreams come true. I get deja vu all the time. Certain dreams happen later in time. Even if it's 5 years later when the dream happens, I still remember it like it was just last night. Also, I have "feelings" for things. Say, if there were two options for something that was going to happen. Like you would either end up going to Safeway or Target. I would know which place your going to go to. I wrote this because I would like some advice on maybe what you think I should do. Does anyone here use Ouija boards? Well one time I was on it with my friends and it-the spirits-kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Every time we asked it something it said the same thing. IT said zmnazmnazman like that. Please leave comments on what you think I should do.

Ouijia boards aren't 100% bad. They are no different than using a letter board and peduluem, or using a mirror. It depends on the approach you take while using them.
I've been a wiccan since I was 13 (i'm 14 now) and have found it very helpful in my life. You first want to decide if you want to practice Solo, or in a Coven. Coven's traditonally have 13 members (including the High Priest and High Priestess) but can have more or less memebers. If you do decide to practice in a Coven, I think it would be a good idea for you to start one with your friends and then let it grow as you meet more Wiccans in your area.
I actually found a really good site about wicca, and I think it will help you:
This site has the basics, as well as recipes for making your own magickal tools, and properties of certain plants.
Good luck,
Merry meet, merry part, until we merry meet again
Blessed be

Some will be friendly, some outright hostile, some play jokes and then there are the more dangerous ones who pretend to be nice at first then their behavior slowly becomes more volatile, caustic and dangerous.
You can cast all the circles you want, light a gazillion candles and light several sticks of incense but these things will not do anything except help make you pretend that you feel a certain way.
Even all the "love and light and pink bunny" thoughts will not do it either. You need a clear mind, serious intents and if you work with another, they need to be of the same mind too.
And if something starts to seem odd or uncomfortable then you just stop..."hang up" if you will.
Devices are just tools and mediators between yourself and other parts of your mind as well as, if you so choose, other "entities".
Tools cannot speak on their own, they only indicate responses.
Just study all you can before leaping into something you know little about, ok?
Nothing is Set... Stop, Look, Research, Ask and Listen. You can find your way.
Respectfully,
Rook
One thing I've learned (from studying wicca for a while) is if its right for you you'll often come back to it. So if one day you decide "I'm not doing this anymore" if you truly wanted to study it in the end you'll just keep going back to it.
Study a lot if you're pursing wicca though, there's a lot involved. Look at the history and definitely get some books to read about it so you know what it is for yourself, not just what the people you speak to are saying-- get a lot of views on it.
Good luck.
I agree with Anne, that you should follow the path that feels right to you.

If you chose Wiccan or both, you have to chose what kind. Most do whatever feels right to them. I, for one, worship no one. I revere the God, Goddess and Nature. You say you feel spiritually connected to fire; the simbol of strong emotions and sensuallity. Therefore, I can infer you also feel spiritually connected to the Sun (The Horned God).
The most important thing about Wicca, in this judgmental world, is to not let others opinions bother you. If you do, your feelings WILL get hurt. I hope my comment helped you in some way.
Blessed be, sister mine) O (
