Ability To Create Ultrasonic Waves

Hi. I'm fourteen, and ever since I've been little I've always had these two senses. The first I'm 100 percent sure it's something, the next I'm not sure. When ever I walk into my bathroom I get the oddest feeling of danger. It only happens in certain places around the city, but some places, I'm scared. Next I find more serious. I've asked doctors, and they say it is very rare. They say something that shouldn't be. At will I can create a high pitched or low pitched noise. Apparently I have the ability to create Ultrasonic Waves that can reach 20, 000 kHz. I'm asking how can I direct this power? I feel like I can do something or help people, but I don't know what to do. Also, back to the odd feelings, I have these weird dreams where I am in my house, but not in my house. Everything is the same, but also different. What does this mean? I've gone to any possible yahoo answers to psychics. No one knows what it means. I do find this odd, and I also find it odd that I'm able to project 20, 000 volts of ultrasonic waves. This means I could be a danger to society. I don't want that.
