Want To Know What I Am

I'm sorry I don't know what this falls under, I have had so many things happen in my life, I don't even mention it for fear of judgment. When I was younger I saw two entities fight it was the best thing to witness a dark shadow was hiding kept making the house cold and moving things my cousin and I became scared and called her mom which is a medium, suddenly a figure surrounded by light came in and they fought from corner to corner until the dark figure jumped out the window and the other light figure jumped after it. I have had horrible things happen I have seen dead people but not all the time, I have had dreams of the future that have come true, my step father was drunk and wanted to take us to a party I went to my room and felt tired suddenly drifted off I saw the car with us in it take a turn on to the off ramp and off the side the off ramp dropping to the ground then into flames awake and ran to him to stop him from going. When I was living by my mom I would see dead men true to the farm attire. Cause the land the town is built on was all farm land and graves, with red and green eyes, I was heavily tortured there the dead would come in at that I didn't have a door I would be suffocated flung into the air, Hear voices my aunt talk me once to just help them and ask what they want. There is so much more. I'm just trying to understand why I can see sometimes why my dreams seem strange sometimes why I hear people talking sometimes. I have made peace with all of this and am now happily married but when we fight the demons come back possess him and use him to hurt me his afraid to talk about it so we don't. What do you make of this, when I pray or meditate I feel high like my spirit want to float or like I want to sleep. Lol what do I fall under or what should I do to better channel to help me get through?
