A Spiritual Other?

I'll keep it to the point since there's a limited character count.

I've always been able to sense emotion, and been very good at know what others are going to say before they say it. Also aura is something I can feel, and sometimes see. I fins that colour can be a definition of the emotion as well.

I started getting bad anger swings, I decided to tackle it as anger management issues and suppressed it. It would but me in a state where I could hit anything as hard as I liked and not feel and pain from it.

It's suppressed, but I feel like it's become someone else within me. I can become another version of myself almost, darker in soul and fiery in nature. I've taken these "What spiritual element are you?" tests frequently over the years and since this 'dark side' came along I've shifted from an average of 80% Air, 20% Water to 70% Fire, 10% Air, 20% Water. I feel that if there was another element, one that I can only describe as Chaos, then It'd look more like 60% Fire 40% Chaos.

The advantages include being able to switch between myself and the new me within, also I feel like I can channel strong energy which has proven useful for my martial arts.

And that's it no chr left

You are only as alone as you feel. My friends don't know what I can do and therefore, I have to hide it and all of the facts that I know. Just ignore what your father says. People will always disagree with you no matter what. Be proud of who you are instead of what people think you are like. My comment wasn't suppose to make you feel more relevant to the world. Some people find it helpful to know that they are not alone and that they can talk to someone about their promblem (s). I'm sorry if you didn't like my post but if you want me to not put my comments on here then just ask.

Not alone huh? Listen bro, I'm 18, I run a buisness with a little help here and there from my dad, and he's convinced that I'm not pulling my weight. As a result he talks about me negatively to my Taekwon-Do master when he thinks I don't know what he's saying (of course I got a bit of the gift to pick up on that sort of thing y'know). I have no friends to speak of, I spend every day on my own doing work or perfecting my video game skills. At what point am I not alone lad? As mentioned I like to perfect my video game skills, but I live in Exeter England, miles from any real playerbase of gamers. You think a little story on the internet will make me feel a little bit mroe relevant to the world? Not me blud, not me.

I think that I am the same as you. I've had random bursts of "power" that would result in me wanting to release it somehow, usually in harming something. I have also found ways to suppress it so that it's not as bad or even preventing it.

Remember that if you feel as if you are alone, you are not. I have read several stories on here and most are like repeats exeecpt with some changes. You are never alone! Someone will always have a similar gift to yours.

I appreciate what you're saying, but I don't think you've read it right. By 'surpress', I mean under control.

Tbh, not too sure I want to be... Uh... "healed". Why not harness strength? Controlling it is where I'm at now, and it's going okay.

If all the anger management did was suppress your anger then I'd recommend a new approach. When we suppress something that volatile it will just manifest in another way (and usually not a positive one). This is how people suffer strokes, heart attacks and life threatening stress (and sometimes this can eventually manifest as mental illness). You may be young now but this will assuredly show up later as illness. Becoming 'someone else' is just a form of detachment from the real issue that needs to be resolved. People who harm other people are usually "someone else" when they do those things. This suppression will start manifesting as dark blobs in your etheric and eventually manifest in the physical.

Divvying yourself up into elements is a distraction from the real issues in your life. You're a person who has some interior pain that is trying to get out and to be truly healed. Hopefully you can get access to a person who can help uncover what these issues are so you can bring real solutions to your life and have a happy, positive and healthy one.

Not really anything more to submit, the 1200 character limit was enough

I know of no character restriction. The restriction is too little, not too much. So if you want to share more, submit a new post.

Thanks,
Anne
