Empath Street

I'm now 13 years old, all my life small paranormal things have happened, I just don't realize it. I have a few friends who are into paranormal activity but they don't do anything, just tell ghost stories.

I realized I was an empath not too long ago at all, it was something that had always been there. But what I question is how am I one? I feel peoples feelings intensely, but I enjoy it whatever the feeling. An empath is normally someone goes to to tell about their feelings and to be helped with. I kind of gave people the impression I really couldn't care less after I became seriously overwhelmed, and that lead to depression. People didn't understand I needed space and it lead to a lot of chaos in my life.

I've only told one person I'm an empath and they think they're one too, I have no doubts on that what so ever.

I met this guy earlier this year, he's one of my best friends, I don't normally tend to get close to people, but he made me remember things from years ago I shouldn't have been able to remember at all.

Me and josh (the guy I met) both live with demons in our head, they can't really cause any harm apart from when we swap bodies they can lead us to do whatever they want. They tend to live as wolves. But they can connect to us if we want them too, I talk to my demon whenever I can in my head to calm me down often. She often let's me know when she's annoyed by when I've gone out and she messes up my room, I have quite a tidy room for my age.

As I was trying to explain, I'm a very bottled up person, which isn't good at all and it's lead to a lot of bad things, but being an empath I can obviously feel people's feelings and I feel them very intensely, it's not a thing to enjoy at all, but I do. I love being lead to depression because that's when I do my best at everything, until now.

It's also lead me to be very disruptive in lessons, trying to get my dads attention in a bad away as he is a christian and has a 'new' family as I like to put it, it's lead to me to be over sleeping which is worrying my mum and I can't trust anyone. My head is so messed up at the moment I can't think straight and I'm failing really badly in school, I've done stupid things but I'm over them. This empathy is causing me to get upset and overwhelmed very easily too.

People also tend to not come to me to get help, but to have it taken away from them, forever. I take there feeling away almost instantly and they come back time and time again. Is there anyone else like this? I can also often understand languages I have never heard and work out what they are saying, as my step mum, who's finish has found out, but I can't talk the language.

At the moment though my life style is really busy and the smallest things are making me worked up, I'm also finding it hard to sit in lessons and even on buses, which I catch often. I tend to be rude to the teacher and try to get them of my back, and I don't feel as if I can tell them why as they would just laugh in my face, the teachers in my school don't tend to like me. And when I get home I don't even want to eat I just want to cry and sleep.There's more to my story, but it's hard to explain I hope this is enough.

I also feel and smell ghosts very strongly, I tend to talk to them in my head, I'm not sure if this is my imagination but I'm pretty sure it's not. But if they are around me I normally get a small sign, my hand starts shaking or a shiver down my spine etc.
