I'm not sure what category this falls into but I wanted to share it anyway. I discovered last year that I'm and empath, and that I have some ability to see things before they happen. I'm in no way calling myself a psychic.
My daughter was scheduled to have her tonsils removed on March 25, 2010. We went to the hospital that morning to get ready for the surgery. The doctor came in and gave her a mild sedative so she could relax and be calm when they came to take her to the operating room. Before he left the room he asked her if she wanted to have her i.v. Put in before they went to the o.r., or after she was already asleep and she chose for them to do it while she was sleeping.
About an hour later they came to get her and I was told it would be about an hour and a half before they were finished. My mother-in-law, my friend Becka, and myself decided to go to the cafeteria and eat lunch. We sat down to eat and about 20 minutes into our meal I looked up at the clock and thought they must be getting ready to start.
For whatever reason I rubbed the top of my right hand and then I felt the pain of a needle going into it like when you get an i.v. It really hurt for a second and I hadn't done anything to cause myself pain so I was caught off guard. I simply rubbed the top of my hand. I didn't know why at that moment and didn't think about it again until after I saw my daughter in the recovery room.
The doctor took me back and I went over to her and took her hand in mine. To my surprise I discovered that it was her right hand with the i.v. Line in it and it was in almost the exact same spot as where I felt the needle prick. I felt really strange at that moment. I'd never felt anything like that before, EVER.
Me and my daughter are very close and I don't know if that had something to do with it. It was one of the strangest experience's of my life.
