My name is Zoey and I'm 13 years old. It all started one night. I was at my best friend's house, her name is Vanessa. We have this thing called ZVS; Zoey, Vanessa, spirits.
Anyway, back to the story, we were just laying down getting ready for bed. Vanessa said she kept hearing something and she screamed and I jumped feeling rush of energy go through me. I was breathing hard, she saw something, and it's not a joke. I got up and looked and she screamed again. I felt something go past me, it was fresh, something cold hitting against my skin. I lay next to her and I look around. * closing my eyes. I feel something touch my foot and I move it away screaming. It was horrible. We talked, and talked bout it. It's been 7 months since ZVS.
In class, we had a pop quiz and I was unprepared and I got an A+ and I didn't know any answers. I've been getting A+ with out working on work, I just know the answer. I hear whispers a lot. And I say it out loud and the person next me said; I was just going to say that. I know things before it even happens. I know the exact time. It scares me.
Everyone at school says, "Zoey, are you psychic?" and I always say I don't know. Vanessa has the same thing. This spirit always comes when we have sleepovers. And it's scary. I just wish I knew more. I need more answers. I'm not crazy, this is real, and I don't know what to do about it. What am I? Whenever I touch someone; I feel what the feel. I looked it up and it said empath, but I don't know. I'm only 13. Then next thing I know, nightmares appear. So if you could just help me out. I would love to talk to anyone who understands.

You are right it could be her spirit guide as well. Though bad spirits do exist, I have encounter many of them and a few I send them somewhere or destroy there monster feature and send them back to where they belong. Though you are probably close to your spirit guides and that is why you haven't encounter any which is good and I hope you never encounter a bad or evil spirit...
