Seeing Clear Shapes And Energy

Wow this post was created on my birthday and I just signed up to see if I could read up on similar experiences like this.
I experience this too. I've seen the clear 'constellations' ever since I was young. I constantly see them. I've been told by my special friends that they are the representation of energy wavelengths/frequencies of other planes of existence.
I find my mind heading into a dimension too if I focus hard enough. It feels like I get very light headed.
There isn't anything to be afraid of. I agree with the previous posts on here too, and it's all perfectly normal. I don't usually share my experiences with other people either for the same reasons.

i see those clear circles too. I don't know what they are but when I see them they make shapes. I thought that they kind of looked like constellations too. When I see those clear dots I also see something out of the corner of my eye it looks like a black line that floats up and down

I was so relieved to come across your story and then to read the posts after it. For a couple of years now I have seen what you saw. Constellations - That is such a good description. I describe what I see as oil on water. It started as little flames/sparkles but progressed to more detailed shapes over time. When I squint my eyes they are even more detailed. My favourite thing to see is when the energy (I know this now thanks to this site but I tell you I have really questioned my sanity to the point where my friends put me in a mental institution) anyway... The energy moves over the tele or a person or what ever and it distorts what I am looking at. A bit like looking through warped glass. I thought maybe my eyes were scratched so I made sure I always held my gaze in the one spot. I am so relieved when the image moves. It does not hold in the one place where I am looking. I have also had my muscles twitch in time to music. I would stop the music and the muscle twitching would stop. Start it up again and it would start again. Same thing if I hear birds tweeting outside. My ear drum beats in time to the birds tweeting. Even while I am writing this I still have my doubts about what my mind can manifest in my body. Since all this has started I question how much control our mind has over our bodies. I have experienced so much over the last couple of years. I still don't know whether it is 'all' related to a spiritual awakening or did I progress to a psychotic state? Throughout the whole thing I kept saying "my sanity is the most important thing to me" I hope one day that I'll find out because some of the stuff I saw/experienced blew my mind. It all made sense too.

I do see energy all of the time and I have seen geometric shaped energies but this is only while looking at patterns... Lol So it's probably a logical explanation for me. For example a lot of restrooms at restrooms have these patterns on the floors of tiles. Some patterns to me feel like they are constantly moving and line of energy moves with this pattern. Now if after looking at a pattern and then looking up that pattern will keep on going. And I do see regular energy all the time around everything but this is something different. As far as scientific explanations I do see a few other types of "energy" phenomena (in my opinion) all living things as well as all objects have a very basic band of energy that outlines the whole body. For me this energy is a milky/clear transparent like watered down milk I can see it so it has some color to it but at the same time it is clear and seems to flucuate or undulate and seems in constant movement I never see colors around people or objects. Where I see colors are in orbs to me orbs appear as a multitude of colors, purple, blue, red, pretty much any color typically I do believe they come as green purplish/blue. They are see through and are not spirits they do not communicate they just are. They move very slowly and seem to drift about but are definately moving in a manner of direction. Then I see shadows and shadows of energy these I feel could bee either spirits or othe dimensional kind of of beings, I'm not really sure but they are intelligant they do know when I see them and they certainly see me. I just don't stare into the dark I always turn on light b/f I enter the room if I can't turn on the light I keep my eyes shut until I can turn a light on or get to another room with light. I wouldn't say I'm so much scared of them I really quite intrigued but paying attention to them makes other things a lot worse. So I do ignore, they never talked to me or asked for help but are constant observers. Shadow People they do have energy to them that how I notice the shadows I see the energy that is within a human shaped blacker then the rest of the black. I have had haunting like things happen to me tv changing channeles lights going on and off voices calling my out to me but I never see thee shadows when those things happen so I'm not so sure the two are related. And while I'm not sure exactly what I believe as the causes of these phenomena may be I do know that not only do I see energy but sense it and am extremely empathetic. I know this energy exists perhaps we're seeing the same things but are perceptions that allow us to see energy when other do not is different. Sometimes I even think everyone sees energy but they dont' pay attention to it. So hopefully it help somewhat.

Mine is pretty simular. Since I was younger, I would see blotches of energy. It wasn't until recently I'm starting to think it's something more. I don't communicate or anything because it's like I'm in a trance or something.So,I pretty much have no advice except to just tell you your not alone.There's a certain point you can only get to, to figure out life. I know from experience:)

Originally, I would see waves resonating and swirling around my laptop at night and after that I have noticed the energy waves ever since. I initially tried to ignore it, but it didn't work. So, I decided to see if I could see it in the daytime, which I did. It was a white mist that seemed to swirl and form into some sort of vortex. I am not sure if this is of angelic nature, a ghost, or what. I am glad to know I am not alone in seeing things that can't be explained.

I have started seeing things that look like they are the shapes of people. They are clear and look like electrical energy that is put off a tv screen for example. I have put my hand otu a few times and touched them and I feel warm air, it feels like the warmth that a tv screen gives off, like static. They follow me around a lot and when I try to sleep at night I can feel them sitting on my bed with me or lying down next to me. When they come in contact with me I can feel overheated and they often shake the bed which is annoying and I can't sleep but I don't have an ominous feeling when they are around, its more like they are trying to get my attention. Some are clearer than others and seem to ahve swirling shapes in them? I really don't know if they are spirits or something else. I was a complete sceptic before this started happening to me so I don't know a lot about it but I did start wondering if I was going nuts and feel to scared to try and make contact with them as I don't really know what I'm dealing with. So I do know what you mean sophia. I was going to go and see a medium on the weekend to see if they could tell me anything. Does anyone know if this is a good idea?

I have always felt different from most people and some have accepted my internal personality while others were going so fast in their lives they either felt annoyed by me or didn't notice at all. I always thought the things I saw was a trick of the eye and I moved around a lot so every place felt weird and scarry but I got used to it. As a child I would build walls of teddy bears around me while I slept, because I said it would protect me from monsters. I always had weird dreams sometimes graphic and scarry. Then when I turned 13 a wave of whispers would come over me from time to time alone in the bathroom in front of the mirror. Immediatly I didn't want it and would hold my head and repeat for it to go away until it did. My family was going through hard times and they were already sending me to a therapist for deppression. I knew if I said anything about it they would think I was crazy. I even felt crazy. But I got through it and the voices went away. At age 18 I met someone who was part native american and he was the first person I told about this and we ended up getting married and we had two kids. Being pregnant I had the weirdest paranormal experiences ever. My husband's mother always said she could talk to spirits and already knew her son had the gift and so did I. Her concern was how strong the kids would be. But that's a whole other topic. In my first pregnancy people would visit me in my dreams to try and get me to help them with their unsettled deaths, but the best and worst thing was when I sat up out of a deep sleep in bed and saw a being sitting on the side of the bed watching my husband with a look of love and adornment. It was the most beutiful creature I had ever seen. Blue purple and white in nature, she had eyebrows resembling orbed dots of a butterfly's wing. I wasn't scared at first but when reality set in that this wasn't normal I became scared and the being went away. My husband and I don't talk about it often, but I'll certainly remember it forever. During both pregnancies I had the mommy fears if hoping the baby would be born well and perfect and was so frightened at times (although nothing ever went wrong) my dreams would show me things were ok in different ways. The main thing that would be seen other than all these crazy places was flowers. Each flower had a meaning in color and one that stuck out was before I found out whether my second was a boy or girl I was shown pink and white roses for love and peace and then focused on two tiger lillies bound together one yellow and one purple. My first baby girl's name was lilly and she had a lilly lkavender purple for her room color and the family accepted her color as purple, so I thought what's this yellow? Yellow seemed mesculine to me but wasn't sure. It turned out to be a boy in the ulrasound. Now when I look at my son peaceful and happy I will see yellow around him sometimes. That's why I say he's my little ray of sunshine to this day. In conclusion I fully support messages in dreams and seeing orbs and auras and that what I thought in my youth was a curse turned out to be a life guide to help you know if you've strayed from your path or are right on target.

I saw energy fields once about 2 years ago. I was reading the book, "The Celestine Prophecy" and it talks about seeing energy. Its a long story, but I had many strange, unexplainable things happen to me over a period of about 3 years. I am very interested in Angels and spirit guides. During the time I was reading that book, I saw energy moving and swirling everywhere. There were beautiful colors of purple, blue, and pinks. It was on the floor, and I saw it spinning very fast out of the corner of my right eye, on the side of my face. It freaked me out, because I had no idea what it was. I read the book, but I never believed that it was possible to see anything like that. I thought I had a brain tumor or something horrible. I panicked. I was getting ready to drive my kids to school, and I asked my Angels or God if they were helping me to see something, could they please make it stop because I had to drive my kids to school in a few minutes. After about 2 more seconds it stopped. It lasted just a few moments and it went away. After I had time to think about it, I wished I had enjoyed it more. The colors were so beautiful and vibrant. I never saw them again. But now I know that energy really is everywhere and it is all around us. Most people cannot see it. My husband thinks I'm nuts. I never told anyone else because people don't think too fondly of people that say they saw something unusual. I have see little white lights bounce around me also. But that has not happened in a while.

I firmly believe you when you say its not a ghost like you I believe them to be angelic also. Three years ago in the midst of dream a vision pushed through of a house standing next to the entry doorway a gold silhouette of a person looking at me. I watched the figure peer inside the open door then turning to me using hand gestures beckoning me to enter the house without lights. I kept saying no as it continued to motion to me to come forward after a few minutes the vision stopped and I opened my eyes. At the time, I felt it had something to do with my nephew who was having major problems. This was not the first time I had obes were I was standing close to my nephew I guess you could say I was watching over him. Anyways I mentioned this to my brother as it turns out the house I described from my vision is a place were his son was being barred from. Maybe someone else could shed some light I think they are angels.

I see the same types of energies floating around sometimes as if they are on fire. But I'm able to focus on them to the point where it is almost as if I am looking threw I microscope. If I focus hard enough I am able to control the shapes and size's. Have been able to for as long as I can remember. I believe that it is our spiritual energy trying to guide us in the way needed. I'm no expert in anyway iv only recently started researching anything like this but it all is seeming to fall into place day by day I start to understand more and more.

OMG I see the exact same thing but unfortunately I do not know what its called. ❤
