And my best friend and I are telepathic of each other here is my story My name is Maddy, and I have another friend named Maddie. We are telepathic of each other, it's almost like twin telepathy. It's as if we are two opposites entangled into one mind. I hate deep water, she loves it. I remember my dream she doesn't. But we occasionally have the same dream, here is an example, I recently broke up with my boyfriend of two years but I was having a hard time letting go of him, which is very normal, so in my dream Maddie and I were with two boys we didn't know heading over to his house. But his parents said he was never coming back. When we where driving home I couldn't find my cell phone. Then I woke up to find a text from him two hours earlier saying, "Right now I don't want to see you. We will never be friends because I will never see, okay and we will never go back out. Bye." Maddie had the same exact dream. We can also feel each others emotions. Also we were born 5 days apart, her May 25th, and I may 30th, since we are both Gemini and Gemini is the sign of the twins a little weird. We can not do this with any of our friends only each other. Whatever I feel she feels opposite of it. We where also in the hospital nursery together. Why do you think its us any specific reason? Well I don't know but mabbey we could relate? 😕 😉

There are subtile threads that connect all of us each others. This energy is continously projected around us, but as any other energy, it can be perceived at different levels and different way: someone can only caatches for example an emotion, as a sense of discomfort for something that is happening. Some other can just be more connected to the source of the energy and can get it at all. In this way we can obtain more info about stuff we cannot undestand in a common way. For this reason we have to keep the message and give it back to the ones who need it.
In your case it keeps going on on the dream phase and it can be negative in more than a way, making you open to be "attcked". There are more than one way to keep it under control, yours to find out the more profitable for you: I can suggest to live it without fear, embracing your roe in this world and remembering that Love and Goodness are always the best guidelines.

I get very strong telepathy but haven't been able to talk to anybody about it, because they either don't believe me, think I am bragging or just a weird person living in a fantasy world.

I am glad you have your sister to share your ability with and I think I have met somebody who has it very strong too, which would be a big relief as it can feel very isolating at times.

I have had touch experiences of people transferring negative energy to me, but its only negative in the sense of whether or not I feel I can handle it eg I was once in a private meeting and I could sense that there was a person in the room having negative thoughts about me... I was horrified because they were meant to be supporting and helping me and were actually, in a professional helper role... These things surprise me less these days, but I realised I had tried to suppress my feelings and thoughts about a premonition and spirit messages telling me not to go back to that situation because it was not in my imagination - I had been getting this overwhelming feeling that this person was deliberately contradicting me and being awkward about things - and I was later given the proof of my telepathy and premonition and a physical contact this person made with me, which really upset me because the proof was that she had seen my sensitivity as as vulnerability thus an opportunity to play games because she apparently found it fun (...power hungry) to play with my mind. The spirit messages/premonitions and telepathy helped protect me from being continually exposed to someone treating me like entertainment and potentially causing me emotionally and psychological damage.
During this period, and others like it, my dreams are always very vivid because they are powerful with strong emotions I feel in my higher mind and waking subconcscious about the situation.
I think this ability is an incredible gift. I've had similar experiences and I would urge you to harness it for your own protection and happiness.

I heard that some people are taking energy from others by touching them while they don't know it, maybe that is what your felt (I could be wrong)
