My 15 Year Old Son

I have a 15 year old son who last night was telling me he wants to see a doctor because he is hearing music and voices that aren't there. Last summer he told me he was hearing music, usually when he was around fans, air conditioners, heaters, etc. But last night he told me that the day before he had heard voices calling out his name. He said he hears like 100 people calling his name. He also said that he hears them whispering, but can't hear what they are saying. This of course freaked me out, wondering if my child has schizophrenia. He said it all started a few years ago when he had a dream that our family was dying and he heard this "evil music" in his dream, and that is the music that he hears now. This isn't something he has all of the time. Like I said, he told me he had it a few times last summer, and then the other day.

He said it scares him because the music sounds evil and the voices are scary. He's been having a lot of dreams also. He said he has dreams about Hurricanes, Earthquakes, the end of the world and lots of people dying. Before the Earthquake in Haiti, he told me I have a feeling that something bad is going to happen and a lot of people are going to die. After the earthquake I asked him, is this what your dream was about, and he wasn't sure. But he still has these dreams where lots of people die. A few years ago he had a dream that his babysitter had died, before she died of lung cancer. My question is, should I set up an appt. With our family doctor to rule out mental illness, brain tumors, etc. Or is this more of a psychic experience. I would appreciate any help. Thank You.

Timfaros I get that you do want to help and all but its a bit much don't you think? Maybe there's a reason the stories won't go through. Please just dial it back a bit? 😕

Swordsoflight. I would be perfectly happy if YOU had 250 or even 570 posts, on these 10000 stories! Why would I complain? GO FOR IT! There's plenty of room for all of us. I tried posting some of my supernatural stories, but they wouldn't download! So people can just read my prophile and posts, or email me. I post as I read. I won't be posting FOREVER LOL! Forgive me, if I want to help people! (in the websites terms and conditions, it sais that sceptics are welcome to post...what's food, without a little salt!)

Timfaros, STOP THIS.
I don't know about everyone else but your constant posting is getting annoying.
Posting a lot can be okay OVER TIME.
Dude you've passed over 200 and how long have you been here? Exactly.
At least limit yourself to three posts a day or post a story or something please. Its hard to see if someone replied on another persons story when the comments are filled with your username. 😢

So sorry that had to happen on your story, [at] jwags.
As for your son, he might have a bit of hearing in the Astral. Sometimes abilities like that can be on and off, depends on if anything's able to be heard or if anything wants him to hear.
Tell him its more normal than he thinks. I had the same mentality when I was little.
He's not insane, not losing his mind, not crazy, just special in a spiritual way.
Hope this advice helps,
-Silver

If I was a psychic medium, I would advise you to visit me, and pay me thousands of dollars to help him... But i'm not! I'm a christian, so I would advise you to get help from our powerful and loving father Jesus, and His holy angels, FOR FREE! If he wants help, I advise him to get baptised by a greek or russian orthodox christian priest, confess, and get holy comunion at least 3 times a year. Pray, and fast whenever he can. Read the bible and psalms, and PRACTICE the bible. Simple as that! Read my prophile for more info. Good luck!

You should encourage your son to be strong, that's what I have to say about that. I heard the same sort of thing when I was 12, and it wasn't until I realized my gift that it went away. It was headache inducing, there were so many voices, that sounded like English but I couldn't make out a word of it, and I only heard my name when I could understand. He has to come to grips with what he is capable of, and please encourage him, and let him know he isn't the least bit alone.

Caity.

no you should not consult a doctor. See moe into it yourself. The doctor may perscibe something. And if its not to the right problem and if your son is psychicaly conected to things, it can really mess him up.

Don't call in the doctors! That would be like God calling on Satan for help and advice.

I have really really unstable moods and it has caused me a lot of stress for a number of years, Social services asked me to see a psychiartrist for help, I did, and she diagnosed me with EUPD (Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder) and one of the questions she asked me? Do you hear voices or encounter strange things? Natrually I said Yes, and explained my spiritual abilities. Naturally she said that it's common for people with my condition to have some aspects of Schizophrenia.

I understand I have EUPD, But the voices and countless things I experience is absoloutly NOTHING to do with my mental illness, There are far too many reasons to explain here as to how and why I know it is not to do with my illness. If your son goes to the doctor the doctor may try to tell him he is mentally ill and this may put doubt into your sons mind about his abilities.

Your boy is gifted =]

I hope everything works out for the better.

I'm so sorry, that your son and you have to deal with this. I'm in the exact situation right now actually. I'm almost 15 and I go through exactly what your son goes through, I also told my mother the same thing. I would just ask him what he feels right, what he wants. That's what my mom did, she like you thought I might have schizophrenia, but she knew I didn't. If you or your son have and questions about what he's going through or just wants to talk about it, since I'm going through the same thing.

the answer to that is no no no and no.
Your boy hasnt got schizoprenia he is gifted.
My advice take him to a spirit medium or someone that is quiet powerful so your son can get his abilties tuned in.
Because what his doing is channerling the bad things like I do so I know.
What I'm doing is getting my aunty to channel my abilites so they are stronger and get in contact with my spirit guild and door keeper.
Which I have already done this but my spirit guild isn't talking and just tells me to shh and everythings going to be ok because his a monk and I don't trust monks because I have heard so much from psychic tv shows what some used to do.
Sorry I can't help you anymore but its something someone would have to do if they was face to face with your son.
Which I'm not so I can't help like I want to like that.
Wish youy all the best.

I agree with AnneV, the choice is yours and your sons.

Everyone has some ability weather they choose to exercise it or not.
There are a few reasons why children open up psychically.
Some are born with an opening of the sight which is passed on through a family Dna. Some experience an infusion of activity during puberty.
Some experience trauma, or NDE. Others their guides come to them during their life and hence the experience of ESP.
People abusing drug/or alcohol actually create a tear in the aura. There's a few more.

If your family has a history of mental illness or medical problems as cancer/tumours. This should be a priority since there is a predisposition set in the Etheric template. Lastly if your child is glued to the mobile phone. There was a study by the LA police department years ago showing police officers suffering from tumours. Many other studies on mobile phones
Are by the companies that own them, so one has to wonder?

Family DNA as my husband gave he and his mother/grandfather ability to hear many voices speaking to him at one time. It can be voices whispering, or speaking and wanting to chat plus different languages or music, seeing the spirit in solid move to transparent, planes from WWII coming through since this is a connection with what is called an imprint in mother earth. A memory of the past that plays like a movie, but is the same action repeating.
My eldest has some strange experiences growing and decided to see a Doctor thinking something was wrong with her. She has now accepted that this is normal and how she and her mum are wired the same. As for myself I saw things but not to the extent as my husband. But in my mind I believed this was normal. That is not to say I did not feel afraid, because I did. As I understood I accepted and have peace.

Wishing you the best

I have these same experiences. I am 13 so I am close in age. I hear a lot of whispering constantly. I have learned to tune it out and just go somewhere else. There is also the name calling and disturning dreams. I occasionaly hear my name called from down my hall and what I usualy tell the little girl who has once lived on my property is that I do not want to play right now. But in my opinion, if your son feels uneasy about the whispering he hears he should go somewhere else and if he feels content with it to just tune it out or concentrate on why they are whispering to him. The dreams-- I always have dreams about BAD things, never good things that are going to happen. Its quite disturbing but its a part of my life now. The only thing I can figure out to do is to try and figure out why the spirits are trying to contact with me.

I might not be very much help but these are the things that I try.

This is definitely a psychic experience. Whatever you do DO NOT CALL THE DOCTORS. They're whitecoats, as a few of us call them, and they want us psychics for BAD REASNOS. His dreams about the world ending? Well let's say I'm a little (well, a LOT) in the know of that stuff. I know what's going to happen, mostly, and a few of us who do are looking for the other "chosens"... Look, it's a really long and confidential story that you NEED TO KNOW for the sake of your son's safety. I am literally talking life and death here. Please, please, PLEASE, e-mail me as soon as possible. If you want to protect your son. You need to know everything, as his mother, and it's my job in this End of the world to warn people. Please contact me, if I don't contact you first. Thank you. God's Light.

He sounds like he has Clairaudience, its where he hears on a higher frequency where normal people people can't hear. I have it also, it does get quite annoying sometimes when your trying to sleep. I suggest getting him an ipod and have it with him so when it starts up he can just turn on the music. It was my solution to it, See if it works. By the way I wouldn't take him to a doctor. Your his mother so you can make the choice, but there are other ways to deal with what hes going through.

Hope That Helps,
Tess ❤

im 14 years old and I have some bad dreams as well but they mostly end up to be preminitions. The evil spirits or other things may be messing with his head, but think"he may be having a preminition" so I think calling the doctor for him and your familt is well in line.

since I'm about your sons age, I'll say what I would probably be most comfortable with...
Seeing a doctor is a good idea if your son thinks he is going crazy. If he doesn't think that, and just wants to know what the voices are, Google with him! Show him this site, and others which explain psychic abilities.
If he wants more control / access to it, get him the book You Are Psychic! By Pete A Sanders.
It explains how one can develop psychic abilities. So it would be helpful if control is his problem.

And if he needs to, there are plenty of people here who have open ears and can talk it out with him.

This is a highly personal choice as to whether or not to call your doctor. Some people would flat out say "Absolutely" while others would say, "This is normal, don't drug your child." It comes down to, what do you believe? Your child apparently is displaying precognitive abilities. He is not the only person (and psychic) who is dreaming of bad times coming, earthquakes and what not. I have been psychic my whole life and see the same thing and I don't take drugs for it.

We dope up our kinds because we don't understand what it is to be sensitive. I must stress to you that we are spirits/energy beings living in a physical shell. Depending on our "shell" we can be more open to subtle realm information, whether that be to hearing spirits (radio waves for that matter which I can prove), and so on. However, because your child is probably extremely confused and even frightened, they may want to opt out all together from this experience and medication will shut up the flow of information. But know both sides before you act.

When I was young (I'm in my mid 40's now), parents didn't put their children on medication nearly as easy as they do now. It's like this knee jerk reaction and I can't count the medicated youth I hear about now! If my parents had drugged me for all of my out-of-body experiences, hearing entities & frequencies, the future and so on, I'd not have the numerous webpages I do now, which in turn have shared and taught thousands of others. I know as a loving parent, you want your child stable, happy and "normal". The choice ultimately is always with the parent. My words are only food for thought. I can't say, "If this were my child..." because you and I have very different people, but I would want to at least tell my child that they are not alone, there are many many young adults going through the same thing and to give that child a choice.

Yes, dysfunctional people can hear imaginary and even evil voices and can end up needing serious help. But 'normal' people can and do hear voices too. From what I'm reading, your child sounds gifted and has an open gateway to the subtle realm. You can send him here if he wants to speak to others his age that are enduring the same thing. It might be a comfort. You are also free to write me directly at eclecticraven - at - yahoo.com. I've helped other parents cope with this. You're not alone.

Anne
