Can Someone Please Explain To Me What I Am Seeing?

Hi,
I have been psychic all my life and did not really realise that I was any different from anyone else until I was in my teens, when I was told about it by an old lady spiritual medium.
I saw people in my bedroom when I was very young and complained about them keeping me awake - this was dismissed by my grand-parents (it was their house where it usually happened)
As being my vivid imagination - but, of course, I know better now.
I often see 'apparitions of the living'; particularly if they are unhappy or want to be in touch - this is absolutely nothing to be afraid of at all and is just part of life.
I believe that what you are seeing are probably these or possibly people who have passed on and left an impression of their time on earth.

I live in the Midlands in England where there are loads of old buildings which have long dead spirits in them - it's quite fascinating and I have now come (and have done for a very long time) to accept these things as a normal part of existence and that a lot of people are capable of seeing these things, but they dismiss them out of hand as being too ludicrous for words. That is absolutely NOT the case.

Believe what you see. Something I have had to work on myself. Have had so many things happening in my lifetime I actually searched for help in this area. My teacher has been telling me the same, to believe. Recently I went to a very haunted location, where he took me, so I could learn from my experiences. He kept telling me I am a strong sensitive and now I'm really starting to see what I can do. I see like you at times, sort of flashes, as you speak of, or I see them as living people. At times I see them as blobs and other times I see them as visions. I think it has a lot to do with the ghost or spirit themselves on how they want you to perceive them. Also, it depends on how your guides feel about it, if you are ready or not. In time when you are ready and if the ghost wants you to see them fully, you will. Next time when you see one, focus on how you are feeling and focus on your thoughts. Are they your thoughts and feelings? You may be getting messages from them and not realize it. Once I was in my back yard and I saw something staggering towards me from the woods. I did that blink thing you were talking about, but I still saw it coming. That was the one time I wished it would disapear. It wasn't too pretty. Your story reminded me of this. Of course, I've done the same as you, not seeing again. If you work at it, it will come in stronger adventually. But you have to believe first.

Hi I am 17 and I also have the same experiences I can sometimes see the outline of people and also feel them around me but its only if I'm alone or by myself I don't feel scared. One time my mum and I were alone in our house it is small and mum said thier was a cold drough in the house but before that I could feel something I saw a blurred figure come into my room stand thier for about 30sec it seemed to move around the house then it was gone this was the only time I didn't think it was just me because my mum felt someting too although she didn't see anything I'm not really sure but I almost think I can hear them moving it kind of sounds like a persons clothes as if someone was walking but no body is thier. I'm really not sure what or if I have an ability but I can feel others peoples mood or fellings and sense how they are but I'm unsure if that has much to do with it. I have just joined so if someone could email me or reply and just give thier opinion it would be greatly recived thanks. 😳

You are a sensitive who is able to see spirits. If they wanted your help they would not disappear and instead would try to communicate with you. It might be best not to stir things up.

You could see a body's past. Like what they always did that imprinted in time.
Or the future of someone!
Try to confirm these possibilities.
See if the person is still alive.
Ghosts is a good possibility but not the only one!

You definitely have a gift. I am a medium myself, but I can not physically SEE the ghosts and spirits, only sense them, communicate with them, and see them in my mind. As a medium I feel it is important to connect with the spirits and ghosts that you actually do see. There's a reason they're there, if only because they are lonely and need help finding the light, or need some attention. Try talking aloud even when you can't see them, but sense them. Tell them you can feel them there, and everything is okay.

You are not going crazy, your mediumship abilities are manifesting. Seeing outlines of people that are not there, you can see ghosts. It is nothing to be afraid of, it is a common experience for us, and senceing thier presence is called clairsencience. You are a medium.
Next time you see or sence a being around you, try to get this being to come to you, embrase and nuture your gift.
I know that you ae a medium because your experience is very similar to mine. I can see, sence and hear ghosts talking to me, and I feel great. Think about all the good you cna do with your gift.
