Martin... You are 100% correct 99 out of 100 times channeling will lead to posession only the degree of which varies.

CVT6702, channeling is not exactly a recommended psychic practice. Letting spirit strangers enter your mind like this is a recipe for disaster and there's no way to know if what they have to say is any better than your random stranger on the street. People should focus on their spiritual growth and their own psychic development, not rely on outside influences, in my opinion. Everything needed is inside's oneself.

I still have this problem but I'm dealing with.
I am no longer afraid but in the beginning I was terrified and I believe I have an obligation to tell other psychics the truths I have learned in my more than 20 years of channelling for Spirit.
I feel I know about as much good and bad about what the real truth is about the Spirit World as anyone else I have read who is doing Paranormal Research and I want to pass on my knowledge so others will be better prepared than I was when I got into this.

Hello to you all... I want to tell you about what I see and really hope someone can help me... I am female 37 years old doing a degree from home.

Firstly my dream... Well once or twice a year I experience this. I feel wide awake but know something is about to occur. Its then he walks in to my bedroom or hotel room as has happened before. He never makes eye contact with me and is always the same man. He seems to know exactly where I am in the room and walks straight up to me. Its then he reaches with both arms and goes for my throat.

I ofcourse panic and try to fight him. I do feel a warm fuzzy force upon my wrists where I am trying to prevent the strangulation... Or prevent him from grabbing me around the neck. For some reason he wants me out or to go with him. Yet as he is so aggressive I don't wish to go with him.

The thing is, I don't appear to wake up when he leaves, as I don't appear to have been sleeping at all. But this is just what if feels like to me.

In the hotel room the door opened and I saw a bright light outside. I knew it wasn't the corridor lights as they were dim incomparison, and there was singing. It wouldn't have been an unpleasant experience until he walked in.

I am due another one soon as its been a good few months now and usually have 9-12 months before I have this experience. Should I just go with him? Its easier said than done as I am so scared and lay afterwards trembling and wondering what the hell is going on.

The second thing I would like someone to advise me on is that I have a 'white' outline of someone in my house. He is like a ghost and I feel its a male more than female but I have no proof as I never see their face. I see like a chalky outline of a figure. It walks through walls and my bed once.

I call for him but he never comes on demand, but then what man does... Ha ha... But he does let me know he is there and this is why he shows himself to me now and then. Now the funny thing was my daughter and I were talking about spirits and she said that she sees a 'white' outline of a person. She is a boarder and schools away from home but that is where she has seen him. I have heard that they will follow you as with the man in my dream. The two are also different, as I feel that 'white' figure is not the man I am dreaming about.

I have also visits from 'black' shadows which I believe feed from your negative emotions, which I have a lot of of late. I had two once that looked like mischieve young dark spirits. They let me know they are there and make fun of the fact, by circling around my house. I actually watch one go by my nieghbours gate and saw him going passed.

The last thing, I read that your higher conciousness maybe a higher form or you, yourself. When the man in my dream caught me unaware in his last visit earlier this year... As it was a cold winters night and I was naturally half hidden under the duvet, I didn't see him enter. I felt his force around my neck and he went through the cover by the way. Anyway, I heard my voice. This dawned on me much later that this voice was mine and said to me at the time ' you will hurt your back'. She said this as I do have a bad back and I was fighting off this force and tensed up so much that I did hurt my back.

So is she me my higher conciousness... If so why doesn't she speak to me when I need to talk?

There have been other things but this is the dominant theme at the moment in my life.

Can anyone help me with this as I am out of ideas... I was wondering if the man in my dream could even be someone from another dimension, or is he trying to get me to go somewhere? Just if he came in to my room and held out his hand, I would go.

Naomi, That sounds pretty scary especially the part about your bed moving. I had something similar happen to me where a spirit who had committed suicide in my house was "playing" with me. I think he or she just wanted attention. The first thing I did was I moved my bed to another part of the room and that helped a little. I know more now and now I would probably light a candle (in a safe container) and leave it burning at night. I would also ask my ancestors (because that's who I'm comfy with) to help me keep the spirit away and to let it know it can move on. You can try telling it too, when you light the candle. Just in your head say to it "you're dead and you need to leave now, go where you belong..." Sometimes traumatic events can leave you open to things but don't worry too much because it's dead and therefore has less power than you do.

I would say its a bit strange I've never been through this before. I'm sorry about your miscarriage. What ever it is it can't hurt you so don't be scared of it just tell it to leave you alone but say please at the end. It sounds evil you might need to get some house hunters in or something.

It doesn't sound like any of the entities are evil, although I am curious as to what the cloaked figure was. I will look it up and I suggest that you do the same. If I find anything, I will post again. In the mean time, I would like to say that I find that drawing pictures helps bring answers. Every time you see something, get up and at least sketch it. Naomi, No living person understands the secrets of the otherside, but everyone likes to guess, so here goes. These are ancestral souls, and/or spirits that are in charge of protecting and guiding you. I'm sorry about your miscarrage and I think they want to help you. It sounds like thier help is unwanted at the moment. You can ask for specific things: No more premonitions; I don't want to see you... Do this on a regular basis maybe just before you go to sleep, and make mental pictures of what you want. Eventually, things will change, but they do usually see a larger scope of reality, and so maybe you don't want to be without their guidence afterall.
