Forced To Sleep

I find it old that this happens to me every once in a while but I find it even stranger that my dream told me how to win this fight.

Sunday I woke up and under my covers. I noticed that I was dreaming. The dream was about a picture of a unicorn and a child with it, as I drifted into a deeper level of sleeping I noticed My dream started show white strands falling all over my dream.

When I awoke I was under my cover again. I had some sort of pressure on my body making me slow moving. I slowly reached for the end of my cover with my right hand to pull it off because I said in my head "get into the light". I heard this loud screechy noise in my head as the pressure began to focus on my right arm, as if something was trying to stop my resistance. Slowing the movement of my right arm down became a problem because it was the only arm I could use, the rest of my body was in a trance like state. I could feel it moving and see it moving but it didn't effect like the rest of me couldn't touch the bed spread. My left arm even phased through the bed spread but my right didn't. Only my right arm was able to touch the cover. I had to remove to cover soon because my entire body began to tire out, my eyes was closing tightly. Once I finally opened the cover using all the focus I could I saw the light, it struck my eyes and I began to wake up but this is where I'm confused.

A dream in dream I know I'm in some sort of trance! But this time I was fully awake. Still unable to move the rest of my body only my right. The dream was exactly like how I saw it when I was awake. I was in the same position, the same point of view, same screechy noise the pressure everything was the same. My dream told me what to do so I reached for the end of the sheet again opened it and stared at the light from my window until the pressure went away. This took about five minutes or so. It felt like lead weights were on my eyes and I could barely keep them open. But I knew if I fell asleep something bad was bound to happen so I kept opening my eyes wide open every time they tried to quickly shut.

Alas, the pressure went away and the screeching noise stopped. I got up and questioned did I just help save myself? By myself? By dreaming how to resist the hypnosis? And another thing, what was causing this hypnosis? A spirit maybe? And why did the rest of my body have no effect on the physical sheet. I'm a lefty so I use my left to open doors and everything having to do with my hands, but when I tried to move the bed spread with my left nothing happened it either lied there or phased through the bed spread. I grabbed the sheet and pulled only using my right arm and it worked. I always said My left arm was better and my right arm was a klutz because its reflexes were slower than my left and most times can't keep up making me drop objects sometimes. I said once that my left side of me will always be better than my right and lefty were better always, in the end my right arm helped me when my left couldn't. I really want help on this one because I'm confused. I've never had a dream then woke up in that same dream before. A little advice would be great.

Available data suggest the following:

I understand that it is not uncommon.

Good luck.

that is strange... I'm not sure if its related but the other morning I was dreaming and it just kept saying wake up wake up but I was like fighting against it and my body was jolted upward and my eyes shot open and I swear I could feel my spirit like reintering my body in that split second... And I was just late for school haha but I'm not sure what you experienced but you probably have a bad spirit (s?) around you and you are most vulnerable when your sleeping. It was most likely your higher self warning you... Hope I could help... I could be totally wrong but that's what I think 😆
