Buzz In My Head And Amplified Hearing

I literally just had a similar experience the other day. It was the 1st time it ever happened. I was sitting on the edge of my bed when all a sudden I heard this loud buzzing in my left ear accompanied by intense vibrations. It felt as though my head was being pulled to the left. My right ear became muffled and sound in that ear began draining out. The whole experience only lasted about 10 to 15 seconds & then was over just as fast as it came on. I have never experuenced it before it was the 1st time so it quite shocking. I to have no history of ear problems or neurological disorders.

Hi YVE72! I see I commented on your post back in 2009 already. I was just discovering things then. I haven't been back here since, but this morning I found your story because I was Googling "spiritual ear pressure"--trying to find someone who has experienced this--and there was your story [and my response along with many others.] I couldn't figure out how to contact you through messaging on the site, so I'm posting to this old topic. Sorry if that's a no-no.

You may already understand what you were asking about here, but I just wanted to comment that the jerk of your head to the right sounds a lot like people who go through Kundalni. They describe a process of "alignment" that goes on, usually in the spine or of the head where they feel like someone is manipulating their spine or head into a particular position. Afterwards, they feel really good. I think it has to do with re-aligning to overcome blockages that we may have gotten in life. You've probably already accomplished this by now.

As to my current question, I often get a pressure in my right ear. Unlike ear infections or cold that affect the ears, this pressure seems to be from the outside inward.

I've tried visualizing many forms and colors of energy, either from inside my head out through the ear, or from outside in, or spikey crystalline kind of energy out (like an antenna). Nothing seems to work.

Right now I'm feeling like someone might be close at the time, but I don't get any auditory signs of that.

I never thought of myself as clairaudient because I am mainly visual. I've seen things ("thoughtform" clouds moving out the third eye or orbs) in my third eye since I was a kid. But I've not had much auditory, except occasional words--calling out my name or internal "mind thoughts" from others.

I have begun to rethink the claireaudience part though, just because I've always been very sensitive to sounds--very subtle sounds or very loud ones--both drive me crazy. A hum from my computer drives me bats.

I can't stand to wear headphones--almost never. I insulted a roommate in college who tried to give me headphones as a gift, and I wouldn't accept. I don't like the sensation--it kind of hurts to have things over my ears. [And yes, I've done all the investigation into physical reasons.]

Also, I have heard this popping in my head from the very beginning. It is like the sound of soda bubbles popping in your mouth, only it's somewhere in the head near the ear.

So, my question is: Did you ever solve what this ear pressure was? Did you figure out what the jerking was?

I gave you the name of the William Buhlman book about Out of Body experiences. I hadn't yet had an experience. He says anyone can do it in 30 days. It took me 45 but I had this increditble experience. It went exactly as he described. I was able to ask for more energy, for clarity so I could see, to move away from my body to my target spot (my self-created livingroom). It was just that I was shocked to see this "unknown" young man --and not who I had seen as my Master Guide--there in the livingroom. I was so shocked that I lost energy. I had a whole list of things I wanted to accomplish but the next part was more like a lucid dream in which I tried to decide if I wanted to continue. I must have decided no because I returned.

And that was three years ago! I'm so bummed. Most people who successfully project are able to after more easily. It's not always the same, but they uaually do. Not so me! Must be something I need to learn or fear to get over.

And I think I do have blockages that haven't been resolved. I'm wondering if the ear (right specifically) might be one of them.

I'm pretty sure this is all just us "hearing" energy itself. When I try raising my energy, it goes up in intensity and pitch but never has been overwhelming for me. If I put my hand on any kind of object and focus on the sound, I can also feel the ringing in the object and my body. I'm only 18 so I'm not an expert but I've learned quite a bit, mainly from experience and intuition.

I hear popping a lot when I lay down or sit down and its constant and I hear the ringing too. It happens randomly sometimes when I'm around electronics but I don't know what it is. There are other things but I just need someone to tell me what's going on and help me. Itd be well appreciated 😁

yes, and they coincide with my hearing voices (usually no louder than whispers, unfortunately) and sometimes snippets of conversations. They are not usually talking to me, it's as if they are talking amongst themselves or are in a two way private casual conversation. Often I can only hear one side of the conversation, however. None of the voices respond to comment from myself... Sometimes I can hear what sounds like a "ding" of a bell or something each time before the person or whoever speaks. It reminds me exactly of when I used to work in a telephone call center and we would hear a different sound before each call was connected so that we would know what type of call was coming in (tech support, billing issues, etc.) It's all kind of strange and I do not have an explanation, but yes, I have experienced the zinging, as well... ❤

I've had almost the same thing. It's a tremendous pressure in my head that escalates to a buzzing that's both like static from a radio, and a hive of bees. I can then hear voices after that happens and it scares the crap out of me.

[at] Wacke3624...what you and I were sensing was energy. Everything has energy, but everything "in spirit" is 100% energy. Our thoughts & feelings are energy. Have you ever heard the expression "Thought are things"? They really are.

Every physical sense we have (vision, hearing, feeling, smell, taste) has an equivalent "psychic" sense. Everyone has intuitive senses. Some stay dormant, some pop up involuntarily, some come out strong after being dormant or repressed, some people are always "on".

Regarding the 2 psychics you spoke of... Sometimes we aren't intuitive about ourselves, just everybody else. I know it's maddening.

Now onto the religious aspect of this. There is no reason to be afraid. It all comes from God (the Universe).

I was raised Christian, but I had to realize some things about most major religions. The books we hold up as absolute truth were written, edited, and compiled by humans, not God. All humans have biases & agendas, and therefore their perceptions of reality clouds everything.

The Bible is full of contradiction. For every verse you find condemning something, you can find another praising it. For example, at your leisure read these.
*John 14:12;
*Acts 2:17-18;
*1st Corinthians 12:1, 8-11, 27-28;
*1st Corinthians 14:1,3,5,and 22.
Ask yourself, "What are they really talking about?"

Live YOUR reality, no one else's. If and when your abilities develop further, there is nothing to fear as you use them with the best of intentions..."God-service" versus "Ego-service". Also keep in mind that it will take time.

God/the Universe will send you all the help you need if you want to help humanity. On the other hand, those who don't attract negative spirits. I'll explain that one later, if you want.

Ok, I've always had intuitive thoughts (most often surpressed by myself) and been very empathetic and in tune with how others feel, as if I feel it myself. However, when I watched the show and then later saw your thread it freaked me out because you described 100% something I've felt for years (and been terrified of mostly). How do you know if you have "gifts" and how do you know what they are? Because we share this exact same sensation, does that mean I might have gifts as well? I had two psychics who came into a restuarant I worked at tell me one time I had gifts I was repressing. It freaked me out and I ignored their comments. It was random for them to single me out and I wasn't sure what to think.

I've always been afraid of anything mystical because my faith in God is so strong and I was always told The Bible warned against it. Any info on this would be appreciated.

I'm not sure how to feel about finding this information but I get the EXACT same experience (with the head feeling as if it's being pushed/without pain and unusual 5 second bouts of dizziness and such). I'd always chalked it up to anxiety or inner ear issues (some have been diagnosed) but just watched a show on television with a clairvoyant on there and the way his head went when he was connecting with spirits was how mine does. It's kind of freaking me out...

Because of popping in my head that was also experienced by a lot of psychic kids, I somehow got interested in OBEs (Out of Body Experiences). The concept was NOT interesting before, but then I started thinking that being able to talk to my guides directly and REMEMBER what I was being told seemed interesting.

The prelude to the experiences (I prefer to call them travelling) are popping in the head, a roaring or rushing sound in the ears, a vibrating sensation in the body kind of like an adrenaline rush and electrical sensations.

A lot of the comments here mention that sort of thing. The best book (you can read some pages on Amazon) is by William Buhlman called Adventures Beyond the Body. It's no-nonsense. The guy had his first experience at 22 because a friend had had a spontaneous one. He tried for 30 days and travelled.

Once I read about the prelude sounds, etc. I realized that I had been blaming my neighbor for roaring her car engine at 3:00 in the morning or 4:15, whenever I woke up with this loud roaring sound still in my brain.

Your pulling, and especially to the right, is consistent with many who say the right side of the brain controls psychic stuff. I hear the popping in my brain only on the right side. I don't have such strong zings, but you may be very, very aware. It's something to check out anyway.

sounds like either bad drugs or brain tumor. I would get it checked out and/or stop the drugs.

Katied, I had the same experience as a child. My mom made me take a 'nap' everyday because she was exhausted with my new twin sisters - only I never slept. I would have the almost the same experience. I don't remember loud noises. I do remember that suffacating experience, my thoughts coming faster and faster like dripping water and a sense of panic. Eventually I was able to block it out too. It was a long time ago so my recollection is muddled. What you wrote though sounded so familiar. Has anyone offered you an explanantion?

Acoya...You know what's weird? I checked every book of the Bible for a Chapter 7, verse 14 that would even be remotely relevant and saw this... Job 7:14 "Then thou scarest me with dreams, and terrifiest me through visions." 😕 Now that's an odd coincidence.

If I remember right the numbers 7:14 means that I am looking for my spiritual fix (if you will) in all the wrong places. Which is the truth. That is so funny that you posted you have no desire to see spirits, I have told God and the Universe that I am fine with everything else but I don't want to see any either.
Just recently I had a shadow of a man in a turbin show up in my car and he told me that I would start ti see spirit like that. Like a shadow. Wasn't scared at all. I felt a pop and all of a sudden there he was. Strange.

Acoya...My hearing does get amplified when I get "zinged", but its only noticeable when I'm wearing headphones.

Now the ear pressure I always feel when I'm having the other incidents of head pressure, tingling on the top of my head, or 3rd eye throbbing. Its like your ears are tuning up to hear them but the message isn't always able to come through.

That feeling you have where you feel foggy is very familiar to me. Its like a low level hum that you don't hear, but feel (I'm having it now). For me sometimes it will develop into head pressure. That semi-foggy feeling is the "new normal" for me. It used to worry me but since I know its not a medical issue, I'm not worried anymore. I just journal my experience as it happens. Its amazing to go back and read my evolution from just a few months ago.

I was on the lightworkers.org site 2 days ago reading through the channeled messages and I saw one about 2 new chakras that were/are developing in lightworkers. The sensation that spirals down through the top of my head and stops at the roof of my mouth is the Auxiliary Chakra. Others refer to it as "Zeal Point" or "Well of Dreams" Chakra. Feeling pain on the sides of your face at the jaw is also a sign that chakra is developing. I've face a lot of that lately. That chakra is supposed to open and expands the gifts of clairvoyance, healing, empathy, prophecy, and past life recall. (I research too much. LOL!)

People always say the Lord works in mysterious ways. Well, the Shift happens in mysterious ways also. 😆 It took me 2 months but I finally found the answer to my question. 😆

Hi YVE72. No I have been getting the numbers 7:14 for 15 years or so now. The zapping has been gong on forever too. I have asked for help with my gifts too and it appears they are getting stronger. Do you feel a pop or a change in the pressure in your ears? I do when spirit is around.
I am usually sitting down when I get the zaps in my head too. Recently I have noticed a lot of being dizzy for no apparently reason and I am very thirsty and my dreams are very real. A lot of battling for the good of myself against Satan and my mother who was very angry and very selfish and just not a decent person. When I wake up I feel like I am pushing through another dimention kind of of like I am pushing through Jello and I am usually in a sitting position. I saw my guide in my closet one night and she was smiling at me,. My closet and room were dark. I have been told that these dreams were very important. I am over coming my fears.

acoya...Most of the time when I get head "zings" I'm sitting. I've only had it hit once when I was standing. I was in the kitchen and I had to hold on to the edge of the counter to keep from losing my balance. I've been "zinged" 3 times this week so far.

Have you been seeing 11's too?

Everytime I see 11:11 or 4:44 I ask to blessed with further psychic gifts and improvement in the ones I have. I guess I should be careful what I ask for. 😆

I have experianced the head zapping and also have ringing and buzzing in my ears. My right ear most of the time. I have been told I am a lightworker and this is angelic information being given to me that I can not otherwise pick up on. Yhe zapping has almost jolted me off my feet at times. I am connected spiritually and believe this all has to do with being gifted along with great unexplained surges of energy. Now if I could only direct all this energy!

Half moon... I don't know if its electrokinesis, but my crown chakra (on top of my head) tingles like crazy everyday throughout the day. My 3rd eye chakra vibrates throughout the day. I have pressure building up in my head off & on through the day.

I know I have to be patience and bide my time until my gifts come full force, but sometimes I just want to scream. 😭 Patience is not my strong suit. 😊

YVE72 If this buzzing is connected to electricity than like you said it could be another ability waking up. I think it could be electrokinesis where you can manipulate energy with your hands, which I can do, or some form of it. You could be manipulating electric frequencies with your mind, and so far the effect is so minimal that its just inside of you. You should think about developing this ability to possibly project it out of your mind. Maybe some day you won't need your remote control to turn down the volume onyour tv 😁

It really can be annoying because it is SO loud. When I hear a voice I'm thinking "You don't have to shout!", but I guess they have to just to get my attention. 😆

I have had similar expreiences since I can remember. When I was a little girl I would be laying in bed totally relaxed and it felt like the room was getting smaller and I would start to feel sick. I would hear loud noises in my head that would cause me to run to my mom's room. This happened several times a month and I finally learned how to block it out. It still happens often, but I'm still just a little too scared to let myself experience whatever is trying to talk to me or come in contact with me.

It sort of sounds like what would happen during an Obe or at least that's what people tell me.

I get like a buzzing noise at night in my head and sometimes it ticks. No joke. I feel like I'm a timer.

I've felt that before to... Excpet with me I think it is my energy flowing into people. Bc they sometimes feel it too. It's getting to the point now that everyione I read can feel it. I just think of it and my headstarts tingling... It is right now! But I have to talk about it for a minute first to mentally prepare yourself. You should be able to control it soon if you get to this point. Try reading people... It helps me a lot. (even if you are completely wrong, they will understand that you are tryign to devfelop that ability/. Good luck:)
