It was late one night. I couldn't sleep so I started to concentrate on my heartbeat thinking if I slow it down I will get sleepy and fall asleep. I did this for a while and out of nowhere I started to see bright lights when I had my eyes closed. I have never seen such a bright light and it changed colors from red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and some kind of purple.
All of a sudden, I saw a blue ray in front of me and it felt like I was going through a neon blue tunnel. I didn't know what was going on so I opened my eyes and started to look around the room.
I stared at my curtain trying to get sleepy and I started to see a blue haze near my hands. I could see it very clearly and then I started to see a hand next to my curtain it was like a see-through blue almost ghostly like.
I wasn't too sure what was it but I can see it clearly. It started to grab and move my curtain slowly. I was getting scared thinking it was a ghost messing with me but I started to concentrate on the hand really hard and eventually I was commanding that hand to move where I wanted it to.
I was confused to what was going on when I saw a small shadow come to me that's when I stop what I was doing because I got scared.
