Mentor

I am able to see and hear spirits. For a period of time my abilities had been turned off and then began to slowly coming back. They are still not fully back but I will hear spirits every now and again as well as getting answers in my mind from spirits when I talk to them although it is difficult for me to decipher at times. Randomly, usually when I am not paying attention I will see either a full apparition with my eyes and they will look no different than any living person. Other times I will be able to tell, I have also seen shadow figures and I've seen spirits when they look like fuzzy air almost like heat waves but a little less constant. I have also began to see a line from time to time that is almost silver like thick air or smoke is the best way I can describe it, it usually does not last long. I have tried everything I can think of to increase and strengthen my abilities as well as just to increase my knowledge in the area of spirits and ghost. I have tried to clear my chakras which, did help a bit as well as figuring out a way to get rid of a being that was connected to me from a past life that was troublesome. I also have tried to increase my knowledge and get over my fears that I had gained from previous events and I have also tried meditating although meditation has never been my strong suit and hasn't helped me much. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. I am also currently looking for someone who has knowledge and experience as a medium with spirit and ghost experience who would be willing to help me and be a sort of mentor as I have no one other than my friend who also has similar abilities although hers are a bit different than mine farther along. Other than her I have only my knowledge from research from books and information I found on the internet as well as from personal experiences. I would like to just email or message back and forth please.
