I Think Something Big Is Going To Happen

I've been getting this strange feeling that something big is going to happen and I'm supposed to do something in it. It sounds crazy I know but hear me out. It all started after my 16th birthday (I'm 17 now) I had done what a socially awkward introvert does for their birthday and went out to eat with my parents and did nothing else that night. While I was sitting on my couch, I began to feel a cold feeling in my gut. I passed it off as just my stomach just being upset and thought nothing more of it. I went to bed with the feeling and woke up at around 3:00 am with the feeling getting a bit stronger. I didn't feel sick or nauseous, I just felt like something was going to happen. I got out of my bed and went to see if anything was happening, and sure enough I found this black van parked just outside my home. I flashed my living room lights and they drove off in a hurry. After they left, the feeling went away and I was able to go back to bed. Now I feel that this was a form of clairvoyance, but here's where this feeling comes in. As of late, I've been getting this feeling more and more frequently but there is never anything I can find that is causing it. I don't feel like I'm in danger or that I'm going to die, it's just a feeling of unease. I feel like I have to do something but I can't figure out what it is I'm supposed to do. I checked online and some sources pointed me to a test which determined I was something called an indigo child. If anyone could point me in the right direction on what this means and what I'm supposed to do that would be much appreciated

Thank you all so much for your comments and pointers, I've decided on following the feeling and try to dig in deeper as to what it's try to tell me. Glitzychickadee, thank you so much for showing me the information on the variety of indigo children. I'll keep posting my expenses here seeing as how this is the only place I can go to find like minded individuals who are not skeptics. Thanks again!

This is an article I found on indigo children. I couldn't make a link to it, so here it is. They are the different types of indigo children. It describes them and their purpose here on earth. I wish you the best of luck!

Humanist
They will serve the masses of humanity. They will be doctors, lawyers, teachers, traders, businessmen and politicians of tomorrow. They are very hyperactive, clumsy and extremely sociable. Their high verbal skills and friendly manner will make them very effective communicators in whatever occupation they choose. They are the type of person who must constantly be reminded of things, they often forget the simple commands and get distracted but they are the greatest readers.

Conceptual
These kind of indigo children are more interested in projects than in people. They will be the engineers, architects, designers, astronauts, pilots and soldiers of tomorrow. They are not clumsy; however, they are very athletic children. Control issues with authority figures of the opposite sex will create problems for them. These types of Indigo have a tendency to addiction, particularly to drugs during adolescence. Their parents should closely monitor their behavior patterns.

Artist
They are more sensitive and their body is often smaller than others, but that is not a rule. They like art, and will be very good teachers, artists, actors, poets, web designers, and musicians of tomorrow. At the end they will always be oriented toward the creative side. Within the field of medicine, they will be surgeons or researchers.

They will display the attitude that they already know it all. At an early age they will answer with comments like, "I already know that. I can do it. Leave me alone". Their superior- like attitude will sometimes be seen as bullying but in fact they are the thinkers and idea people. They will help bring in new ways of thinking, spiritual practices and often lead the way in non-conformist thinking or "system busting". Because of their non-conformist like ideas they may also not readily fit in with mainstream society.

Or, rather, you can trust your instincts. We are not blessed and gifted with our abilities to ignore or misuse them. If you feel something is going to happen, embrace it, you may have a role in preventing the incident.

Excellent point Anne, however many people feel things that are about to happen as well. I won't get into the theories of how or why, but simply put it's the energy and emotions from the people who are involved. Like a ripple effect. Just like a wave draws water before crashing in, we feel things that are about to happen because in a way they already have. As far as energy goes we feel that change, that spike of energy and emotions. Now I don't know exactly when you felt what you did, and if anything did happen from it, but I know from experience I've felt my fair share of things before they've happened. Though like Anne said, you can't dwell on things that may or may not happen. If we worry, or constantly look down, we won't see the things that are right in front of us.

Something big is always going to happen. Whether it's an epic earthquake, a terrorist attack, something personal in your own life, etc. This is life. The question isn't if something big is going to happen but if you will spend your life sitting on pins and needles waiting for it. We create our reality by our thoughts. What you constantly project will become a reality (thus both negative and positive people are always right about their opinion because they've "proved" it by their own experiences). So be careful with your mental programming. There are many more little delightful things we take for granted than big bad things.

Cheers,
Anne
