At this point in time I am 15 years old and live in Newcastle Upon Tyne In England, I have started experiencing this "Deja Vu" so to speak since my Mother died when I was 11. I call this experience DeJa Vu but i'm not sure if that's what it is and I'm just going to get straight to it.
This thing that happens to me is something I cannot learn to control, but what happens is, I will be in a certain situation, nothing specific, even if I am just having a conversation with someone, for example, if was talking to someone and we were walking down a street, it feels like time stops and I see everything that is about to happen in the next few seconds happen as if I had seen it before, and then it all happens EXACTLY how I see it, in several situations I will say exactly what the other person is saying at the same time as them just to confirm that it happened, it is generally triggered by someone saying something and then I remember being in this exact situation before. They can be up to 15-20 seconds long, or they will be for 2-3 seconds it really depends on the situation but I do not know what it is.
I also have dreams of events and then say a few days or week later, the event will occur and I will feel slightly weakened and light headed for a few seconds after re-experiencing the event.
I also seem to have memories that aren't mine, and they are incredibly vivid, one of these is that I am in a different city, one that I used to live in, its about a 45 minuet drive from my current city. But its in an area I have never been. I remember being on a pier type thing that went out onto a lake and I remember that it was me casting away a body of a dead gold fish like it was a funeral or something, however I have never had goldfish until about 2 years ago and I wasn't in the city. I tried talking to my aunty about it and she, as well as other family members, have no recollection of the events or any others that occur in these memories. Also in all of these memories I am quite young and vary from being about 3 years old to being about 6 years old.
I apologies if these aren't anything psychic events or experiences but I was really hoping that someone can shed light on the situation.

I have had similar experiences, and they are psychic. Visions and having moments were you witness an upcoming event. I also have memories that arent mine, I sometimes see through other peoples eyes, ecspeacially in dreams. If you read my stories I posted, I think you might find what you are looking for.
