Recently, I was told by many that I will soon meet someone (a lover). Although it hasn't happened yet or I'm blind and I'm not aware of it (was told the description of this person and there is a person at work that fits that description, but I am still skeptic about it). So I began a new job, new projects coming up, etc.,etc. I woke up from a dream. Clearly remembering it. I was looking out into a Plain, like a field and full of flowers. Colors from purple, red, yellow, pink, white and the high green grass. It was on a bright sunny day. All of a sudden, coming from my left side- I see one red butterfly passing by my way half way point and then, another red butterfly was following it. Almost looked as if it was chasing it. Then the dream stopped. Now, I will tell you this, I always tell the higher spirits, God, Angels, however you may call them, to send me a message through my dream. I am not sure if that is a sign or what? When I woke up to it, I felt happy and curious as to why that was so clear to me. It wasn't the first dream I had a dream of a field on a bright sunny day. But this dream in particular has got me thinking. I tried to have insights from people that who actually see but they can't really see the person but they know that someone is going to come into my life and will have a long-term relationship and will be happy. Aren't dreams of butterflies a sign of good fortune?

Please, tell me what do you think about this and shed some light of what could possible mean to you?

Lol don't miss understand me yes it does. I'm just saying don't take what psychics say as the final conclusion. That is why I'd like to help you figure it out. 😊

[at] Luna_star1016 hey I'm all for an outside perspective on the matter and I will say to you that psychic readings predictions are not always the most accurate, but hey I did do the readings myself and I like to think I know what I'm doing at this point. Not to say I think I'm perfect, far from it actually, but if you want to chat more privately by email about it I'd be happy to, my email is on my profile page. Just suggesting corresponding by email because it is somewhat a private matter for me and I'd rather not advertise all of it openly here on the forum

[at] sagesofseven yeah I'll have to see if I can find anyone reputable around me psychically because the only person I know with even stronger psychic sense than my own is my spiritual mentor, but sadly he is very untrustworthy when it comes to getting the truth out of him.

Frogbonsly766 it could be do to that, but as I said to Sageofseven psychic are not alway 100% accurate. So I'd like to know a bit more if it and I can help you out with what it actually ment.

Sageofseven when it comes to psychic I'm not saying all are wrong of course not. But even if you have been going to her forever there might be things that could be off. [at] Luna_star1016 well mine was quite blatant and straight forward. I had two visions that day one right after another. First was of a very close friend of mine, whom I had a major crush on at the time, marrying another man. Then following that immediately was one of a small dragonfly hovering in front of my face, it said to me, "Don't stop searching yet. Your journey is not over until you have found me." Now I had the general gut feeling that this had to with my love life, but I wasn't sure. However, several tarot readings later and the cards were telling me that this person was whom I was supposed wind up with in the end. As for the dragonfly itself I could tell it was either the spiritual representation of this person or perhaps their primary spirit guide manifesting to give me a message.

haha yeah I hope so too, supposedly according to my regular divination sessions something should be coming up soon in that department, but I don't know exactly when, that is the nice thing about practicing divination for myself is that I am able to take my time and reason through the process at my own pace rather than going to see someone, although I've never actually gone to see a psychic so I am curious as to how that would go. But anyway sorry I got sidetracked I hope you find "the one" and the universe works in mysterious ways who knows when things could finally fall right into place for both of us

[at] frogbonsly766 Everything happens for a reason 😊. Amazing how you have a similar type of dream, supposedly, showing you "the one" through dreams. I've heard that is their way of giving us hints without revealing too much information. I hope that one day, you will meet "the one". 😊

[at] Luna_star1016 I am still on the fence about that. I've been going to her since forever... She was spot on in everything. It was a few years back that I was going to meet someone (she told me the description of what he looked like). When I began to work... Of course, at the time, I was going through a lot with my ex which made me upset. Didn't realize my surroundings. So, a few weeks in, it clicked. The description was on point... Even the little details. I was skeptical about knowing it was "that" co-worker, so I looked for the other co-worker that had similar features. But it didn't clicked. So, I called her up and then she was telling it was him. I am not saying it is him 100% because I am still skeptical about it all. I do not know really. It's been eating away at me. We'll just have to wait and see. 😊

I don't think its silly at all I'm actually in a somewhat similar situation to you which is why I chose to answer your post. Although, I'm looking for someone represented by a dragonfly as I received a vision several months ago involving a girl and a dragonfly who is apparently supposed to be "the one" sort of deal as well. Also, I know a lot about butterflies as I have a strong connection to them so I figured I could probably help you a little in your initial question.

Alright so what is it that makes you feel the "lover" you were told about by the psychics, is the guy from your work? Do you feel a connection to him as well?

[at] frogbonsly766 Yes, I am positive. I had the same type of dream but without the butterflies and the field. The dream was: me looking at a person (couldn't get a real glance of the face) on a sunny day, with him standing on green grass and a tree at the back. He stood there, laughing, smiling and running with joy. Now, on the other hand, a person who knows how to see the future (a very close friend of mine), told me she had a dream of me, standing at the alter, at my wedding next to my "lover". These dreams happened under this year in different months. I told my guides (protectors, whoever that is helping me guide through life) : Give me a dream or dreams to show me who is going to be "the one". Silly, right? So, on that night... I had that dream. I am not surprised that they answer me through dreams. Not the first dream.

It is also possible, although this is a less widely held interpretation, that if you are sure this dream is about a person, that person may be represented by the butterfly or transformation and change, but that gets a bit more spiritual and less dream interpretation if you start considering spirit guides or spirit animals.

Typically butterflies are a positive sign and in Western culture they actually represent transformation and change so seeing them in a dream usually represents a period of transition or a major change, but whether that change is occurring currently or is coming in the future all depends on if the dream is actually a message or not.
